Clean and organized store and nice staff. Awesome collection for art supplies, I suggest to visit them during the sales times as they have amazing slaes, u can find great discounts using the online coupon so always search online for coupons before you pay.

Saima is very knowledgeable and patient! I will be back to see her again for my next framing project. Michaels is lucky to have her in the staff. She is super sweet, calm and really knows her stuff.

They have a nice collection of frames and they seem to always be on sale too! Lots of items for celebrate the greatest country on earth, too!!

Wonderful shopping at Michaels for DIY people, and those of us just looking for inspiration. Unique, special, and up to the minute decorating trends are often seen at Michaels. Friendly and helpful sales associates, great merchandise, fair and reasonable pricing, deep discount sales at end of seasons, and great variety of wool, frames, paints, candles, and all seasonal merchandise not easily seen at other stores. Online ordering and delivery is also a good feature for those of us not living near Michaels. Always a pleasure to shop at Michaels.

Great customer service, very helpful!

This Michaels has very friendly staff who are kind & helpful. The framing department is run by a very experienced person and provides high quality frames & customer services. It has a decent variety however prices a little high in my opinion. The nice thing about Michaels is there’s almost always a coupon of the week to help off set my expensive hobbies.

Loved the customer service the frame facility had! Love the piece you did on my very special collectible. It was A LOT of trust I put into you and you served me very well!

Michael's is the place I go to for arts & crafts supplies, holiday decorations & gifts, and picture framing.
I always find things I wouldn't expect at a craft store, sometimes for less than at other places, sometimes for more.
Michael's isn't known as a place to score the best deals on arts & crafts (it's not the dollar store nor are the products as junky as at the dollar store), but sales and coupons can turn it into a steal if used smartly.

Polite staff and very neat location. I found everything with little help. I absolutely love an organized store. I recommend this location!

came here to make a return of an item purchased a while ago and i just wanted to say that Gabriela was AMAZING!! she really went out of her way to find the date i purchased the item as well as the price i payed and made sure i was able to return it. She is also just an extremely sweet hearted and kind lady:)

This place was easy to find and carried many products. I went there specifically to frame a large 40 x 30 canvas painting. The young woman who helped me and my girlfriend was very patient and helpful. She offered her own personal advice as well as helped us with the computer tech In seeing virtual representations of the entire piece with any given frame. Very good experience. The price wasn't too bad either, we were there during a 70% off weekend so the price was quite reasonable.

My favorite craft store! It's never overwhelmingly busy so you can enjoy your shopping trip. If there is a line they will get more cashiers so that the line goes quick. Well organized aisles so you can find things easily. Sales are clearly marked so you aren't confused. Overall, great store and chain

This store is at a great location with ample parking space always. Store associates and managers are amazing here!! Especially Jenifer and Gabriela are super welcoming and finds you what you need!! All of their staff is nice. Super clean and lovely ambience to it!

I always love Michael's. they always have what I need. I always plan on going for one particular purpose and end up spending the entire day- and my entire wallet 😂 there. It's always organized and the staff is always helpful! I also love that they put out coupons in the newspaper and will match competitors coupons and prices. Love love love!

Dan the store manager is such a great guy, always ready to go over and above for customers. Also, Alicia from the framing department was super helpful, courteous and professional. Had such a great experience getting a family heirloom framed here that I had to leave a positive review. Thank you guys!
