Knowledgeable sales people with budget friendly prices. I easily saved over $500 by going with them over a different appliance only competitor down the street who had outrageous hidden fees. Ended up with better machines, so glad I canceled my order with the other place.

Great experience getting a full set of appliances for a house I was selling in 2022. I'm back in the store today to order another full set of appliances and front load laundry for another house.

If you've been around a while you may remember a discount appliance warehouse with 5-6 locations in the twin cities. They've been gone for some years. This store has replaced that chain for me.

They have enough variety and options for whatever your needs are. You can get high end stuff or more budget friendly stuff (for rentals or whatever.)

Also there are often some minor cosmetically blemished units where you can save extra money if you want.

I also like being able to deal directly with Erik the owner. He knows everything he has and what he's likely to have in the near future. They can do delivery and install or you can pick up. If you get delivery they take away the old appliances for free.

Anyway glad this store is here. I was bummed that other place disappeared but this is just as good (or better) as that was. Come in and see what he has, he's most likely got something to fit your space and your needs. Good luck!

My husband and I came in to look at laundry machines. The sales associate Steve was so incredibly helpful and kind. We ended up buying elsewhere simply because we wanted a different brand, but Steve made the shopping experience great. We will definitely consider the outlet for future purchases.

We purchased a refrigerator. They had exactly what we needed, new stock in the crate.. 4 months later, it started to act up.( temp wavered up and down and did not stay cold enough) They sent their own technician out twice to try and help when the GE service was booked extremely far out to help. The Tech. replaced parts twice and it still didn't work correctly. Finally we got a factory service rep from GE, he spent 5 min looking at the unit and said there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. Eric worked with the GE rep. and got a new unit and swapped it out - all at no cost to us. Great service! We will continue to use them for all our Appliance needs.

I walked into the store, they helped me find a built in dishwasher, within minutes that works for my home, that truly had been adventure/nightmare with not getting the right one previously and the tech was out within a week to install. This is a great place to go for your appliances, I was extremely impressed with the service and efficiency - thank you so much for taking one chore off my plate- literally! 😎

This spot came recommended to us so we had high hopes. Erik surpassed my (already high) expectations. Very knowledgeable. Very patient. Impressed with how cleanly and fairly he laid out our different options. He built trust quickly with my wife and I. I had some issues with the manufacture's rebate program and he was very helpful during that process as well - even though it had nothing to do with his business and it's 'obligations' to the customer.

Lastly, their delivery partner was impressive as well. Professional, clean, efficient. Couldn't be more pleased with whole experience.

I got a new washer and dryer from EP Appliance Outlet a few weeks back and had a great experience! Roger was fun to talk to and very knowledgable about the products. Our washer had broken the previous day so I was hoping to find something that I could buy and would be delivered quickly. They set up the delivery w/in three days, which was perfect! The delivery company got the job done w/no issues and did a really pro job of leveling out the washing machine where the floor sloped down to the floor drain. The guy jerry-rigged some scrap wood that was in our garage to level it out, but it worked and I've been very happy with the new washer/dryer so far. If you're in the market for GE appliances (which I was!!!)- I recommend this place.

I had lower expectations going to an outlet to replace my dishwasher. I had a botched installation from Costco and left me with a bad taste in my mouth and feeling like my cabinet wouldn't fit a newer dishwasher like the installers told me.

At this store, I was quick to find a new GE appliance with all of the features I wanted and at a much lower price. They were also able to get the appliance install scheduled much faster than I was expecting as they had new units in stock. Within 1 week I got a new, beautiful GE dishwasher and the installation was a breeze. They had a professional come out and install it and he was great. A great experience!

I had the best experience buying my refrigerator and oven here! I worked with Erik and he couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I never felt at any point pressured to buy anything, which is really important to me. I had originally purchased an oven from Home Depot that I had the worst time trying to return, due to extremely poor information from Home Depot but Erik bent over backwards to help me navigate through that process (even though it totally wasn’t his problem) and I was able to purchase the upgraded version of that oven through Appliance Outlet Center for the same price. Best customer service ever! I absolutely love my new appliances!

I needed affordable kitchen appliances on short notice for a property we're selling. Erik gave me some options and set me up with a coordinated set of GE appliances with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. I paid Monday and everything was installed on Saturday (including haul away of the old ones). The installation crew was on time and friendly, and they even took a minute to set the clock on the new stove. I'm very pleased with my experience.

The staff is amazingly helpful! There is a good choice of appliances to choose from and they will help deliver and install too. They made shopping for a new fridge easy and fun!

Spent 2 days driving to every appliance store and spending hours looking and piecing together a kitchen suite. Stopped in to Appliance outlet and Erik had the 4 piece Slate set that nobody else had in stock and would not be available until February at the earliest. Great deals and awesome to work with! We did a remodel of our house and needed all new appliances. We saved a ton going with Appliance Outlet Center over what our GC had recommended. Erik was super helpful with every step - whenever we needed something, he was on it right away. Even when we had to do an exchange for the gas dryer to an electric, Erik made the swap painless. Highly recommend checking out the shop! We love our new GE appliances!
