actually met him at the jackpot junction gun show, told him what i was looking for and the guy was awesome, showed me different parts, let me try out different triggers and grips, the entire experience was a blast. planning on going to their brick and mortar asap , if you're in the market for an AR i would 100% recommend checking these guys out, him and his wife were both super friendly, not pushy and didnt try to rush you through, just an all around wonderful experience. cant wait to see them again, even parted the gun out online when i got home and his price was cheaper than ordering it online, and thats not including the time/effort of assembling it myself and risking damage.

The owner, Charles, is extremely helpful, informative, fair, and will take the time talk to you and answer all your questions so you feel completely comfortable with the direction you want to go with your AR build. Anything you could possibly need for a rifle build, they have. Much better prices and much better customer service than the big box stores. Don’t waste your time at those places, check out Battle Creek armory instead. You won’t regret it. I have been and will be a return customer. Highly recommend.

Got a custom AR built here by Charles. After coming in I was warmly greeted and shown around the shop. A hidden gem to say the least. Spent about 3 hours discussing parts and getting outstanding advise and recommendations. The energy of the folks running this place is incredible and I was treated with so much respect and given a very fair price. I needed a custom upper build done for 3 Gun Competition shooting and Battle Creek Armory delivered it quick and easy. They built it to my very spec while giving me a great price for the parts I was requesting. Kept me up-to-date on the process and had less than a few day turn around to ship it out to me. They are knowledgeable and quite the pleasure to work with. My Comp rifle shoots to perfection and is smooth as silk. Cannot wait to have them build me a couple more Uppers I need done.

There is nobody better in the business. The bad review you read was trying to pull something shady over on Charles and Charles was not having any of it!!! I ordered a Upper from Charles on my first ever AR build. Charles literally called me the next day to discuss my barrel choice. He was right and I trust him. I will not buy anymore guns or gun part from anyone else but Battle Creek Armory. I live 180 miles away and do not have the luxury of just swinging by so his personal attention is phenominal.

I stopped in here today to purchase some replacement parts that I needed for my AR15. The staff was extremely friendly and thanked me for my service several times when he saw my Veteran hat. I have frequented several other gun shops in the area including some fairly large ones that I’m not going to mention. I was by far treated the best I’ve ever been treated. I usually end up dealing with some grouch or someone that thinks you aren’t worth their time, but that wasn’t the case here. Even though he was in the middle of selling 3 brand new builds to someone he still took the time to help me while the other person thought it over. The prices were also very competitive and even better than most online retailers. They have a good inventory of parts on hand and it was nice to go home the same day with the parts I needed vs having to wait a couple of weeks for something to be shipped to me. I highly recommended stopping in the next time you need parts or want to build a new AR15. I know I’ll be doing all of my future business here.

First off, this place is a hidden gem. I called in advance for some supplies which they had in stock because the owner himself was sharing his own personal stock. For that my family thanks you immensely! Secondly they had a large selection of firearms to choose from and the staff went above and beyond their expectations. Wow these people are great! I will definitely recommend them over some big box Corp. Minnesota see for yourself and most importantly stay save.

I've purchased several items from BCA and always had great service and great a great product. Charles has always been a firm but fair in his pricing and support and is a really good person to do business with. Anytime I have a need to purchase another rifle, he's the person I'll go to. BCA all the way!

Owner is very conscientious. I ordered parts for my build and he noticed that his barrel advertised as carbine length was actually mid length. This meant that the gas tube I ordered from him was the wrong length. He called me to let me know, and confirmed that I wanted a matching tube.

I will be using Battle Creek Armory again, and I look forward to my first in-person visit.

I found Battle Creek armory many years ago back when Charles was selling uppers out of his truck and have been able to watch the business grow in to what you see today. Charles still treats every customer like they are the only one in the room and that is a rarity to find now days. I've also had the pleasure of personally working with everyone at BCA and can say I consider all of them personal friends at this point. This is definitely a business worth supporting and I hope to see them achieve great heights in this industry!

I had the pleasure of visiting Battle Creek Armory today and I was very impressed. The staff was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They were very busy, but they took the time to greet me, answer my questions and help me select a new barrel for my AR build. Having built several AR's in the past it was great to see a store that stocked everything you could ever want for an AR build. They also had some amazing prices (sub 1000 dollars) on prebuilt AR's that looked as good as any high end custom built AR.
