At their busiest time (between 3-6pm Mondays & Tuesdays), I was on the phone with Ken, the Pharmacy Manager, and he checked on the computer if each & everyone of my mom's prescription medicine was approved by insurance for a refill before I head out there. What a GrEaT customer service..highly recommended!!!

I used to go to a different CVS pharmacy until Benny (sp?) Left and started working at the pharmacy In the Newark CVS. That's when I started going here, which is difficult enough but twice a month for my medication... whew, this is a real pain but it's made a whole lot better because of Benny and his team here. Thanks Benny...!😊

It matters how I'm treated when I go somewhere. Customer service is one of the few things as individuals we control within ourselves.
Which is why I go a few extra miles to the Newark pharmacy and CVS store. They have everything you need here. Even camping and fishing gear, seriously that's old school and very cool. Anyways get over to Newark pharmacy you'll appreciate what difference customer service makes when you do.

I love this pharmacy. Customer service is wonderful. U r always greeted with a smile. For me, my prescriptions are filled quickly and accurately.

Newarks CVS needs a major make over. It has a old smell to it, but other than that.. I like the pharmacy, I use them every month, ive gotten my 2 shots that went well for the shingle virus. Clean this store up !!

I go here every time for my personal needs....very helpful staff specially Cody, cause Every time When I am there he get pissed off customers but he handle them very well.
