AT&T Store

Jason is usually the one working when I come in. He is absolutely fantastic at his job. I never wait long here and always leave with a mission accomplished, whether it's buying some accessories or doing a phone upgrade or swap.

Jason and Joe were the only ones at the store at the time roughly 20 minutes before closing for the day but yet welcomed me well and helped me get my upgrade that I wanted. I told them I'm definitely going back to their store due to their great customer service.

I had lost my IPhone 13 Pro Max and was with a different Carrier
I decided to try AT&T because I wasn’t satisfied with the customer service with T-Mobile.
I’m so very happy I did.
Jason the Store Manager helped me out. He was very knowledgeable in the Product I selected. His professional if I would grade it by number would be a
10++.
I have nothing but respect and gratitude for Jason.

My wife and I dropped by the AT &T Store on 41st Street NW in Rochester, Minnesota. We were greeted promptly by Devin the store manager. He walked us through the purchase of a phone for my wife. He was personable & very professional. We bought a Samsung 22 Ultra. We came in a day later and was assisted by Alec on a number of technical issues. He was very patient & helpful and made some issues work that was beyond our ability to resolve them. I have purchased my last three phones from this store and cannot say enough good things about the quality of the service we received.

Amazing service! Jason Tanner is such a wonderful help and asset to this store. I hate having to get a new phone but he was so quick to tell me which phones would work best for my small family. He was so friendly and just a joy. I'll be sure to return to this store with any further business.

ALEC & DEVIN are the best! I went into the store with a pretty stressful situation along with a stressed mood, and I left there feeling resolved and happy. They were attentive, explained everything to me in a way I could understand, gave me options, and guided me through all the issues I was experiencing. I even ended up getting a brand new phone. I'll be coming to this specific store for anything I need help with moving forward. Thanks for your help guys! :)

Didn't fill out survey after visiting 41st store, wasn't absolutely positive it wouldn't reflect on most horrible experience with woman at crossroads store. Devin was extremely helpful, moreover, empathetic to experience at crossroads, while coincidentally, AS I'm there, another person came in complaining about crossroads. Devin cheerfully repaired my phone in about 5 minutes. Please commend him.

Michael is the BEST customer service rep I have ever had at any AT&T!! And my dad said the same. We went to get my dad a new phone, and we could not be happier with how awesome Michael was. I cannot stress it enough how amazing it was to have someone be so helpful, kind, and overall great representative! AT&T should be proud to have someone like him and I definitely recommend this AT&T to anyone if you get Michael to help you! We liked him so much we wanted to get accessories. You simply don’t have experiences like this often in today’s day and age.

I wish to thank Alec and recognize him for giving exceptional customer service helping to set up a phone for my adult child with special needs. His phone is necessary to help him keep safe and Alec understood this. Not only did he stay an hour past closing but this all took place during a snow storm. AT&T should be proud to be represented by such an outstanding employee. Thank you Alec!

Went to purchase a new phone and was also provided information on plan updates, which ended up being more cost effective for our family. Michael was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in this process. He also identified and found the accessories we needed that also happened to be a valuable deal for us. Nate was my sales person and I feel like he helped me get the best deal possible. Very pleased with the ease of talking to him and appreciated that he explain things well for me. I’m 60. We didn’t have this stuff in my youth. Haha. Thanks Nate.

Had a wonderful experience here! Bobbi helped my mother and I as we purchased new phones. She was very knowledgable and answered every question we had. She also helped us save some money by looking into the best deals they had for our family. Will for sure come back to this location for any future needs and will recommend to others!

Michael and Matthew went above and beyond in helping me upgrade my iPhone. They were extremely kind and also humorous, and made the process especially painless. They gave me a great deal on a new case as well. Would highly recommend the 41st store to a friend!!! :)

We visited this store for a phone upgrade , the representative Bobbi not only patiently helped in the upgrade process , she also helped change my plan with great savings. Enjoyed the shopping experience here and the interaction with Bobbi.

Also Micheal is very customer service oriented and a cheerful manager.

I went in for a missing SIM card and was greeted by Audie. He was quick to strike up a conversation with me and the customer he was helping. He made the store feel like such a welcoming place. He quickly assisted me with the SIM card while still helping the customer in front of him. He is an asset to the store and I will come back specifically for him to help me.

Brandon is the best. He helped me out with everything I needed and put my screen protector on for me perfectly!

Joe has helped me numerous times with pre planning which phone to get before finally deciding on the S10+ . I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and his knowledge to steer me in picking the best phone for my needs. Joe has always been very professional and courteous with all the customers I've seen him interact with. I recommend anyone to look for him when you go in!

I had a wonderful customer service and thanks to Audie who goes beyond at assisting me and other customers that walks in he is great at multi tasking and knowledgeable. I had a business account and in my past experience I am ready to quit AT&T thanks to a very helpful and excellent customer service Audie you are a very good asset in these company and wishing there will be more like you.

Upgrading my phone is always a dreadful 'to-do' for me, but the staff on duty were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In particular, Nick took the time to guide me through process with care and attention and was incredibly friendly as well. When I have to upgrade again, I can only hope that my experience is half as good as it was this time.
