Joy at the Customer Service desk is amazing! We drove 30 minutes to pick up an online order and unfortunately it was not what we had thought and we were thinking of ordering the same item at another store 45 minutes away from home. Joy was extremely helpful and assisted us in finding an alternative! She went above and beyond what we would have expected in terms of service, she made the drive worth it.

This is my second home... love the store. Great selection always has good sales on holiday weekends...

We got help from the garden experts with ground scape advice, lading materials and finding what we needed. They were courteous and very helpful.

Paint for kitchen cabinets, nice. Also wall paint colors. Great selection

Came in the other day trying to figure out how to hookup a wire basket/crate onto a bicycle and Mac in hardware went above and beyond helping me out. He made some recommendations and when I brought in my bicycle to confirm what the best option was, he helped me cut some wire to attach the basket. Thank you Mac!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The store has huge selections and great deals as well.

I was at the store a few days ago and this lady Pauline helped me. She’s such a sweet person, and she helped me applied for #HomeDepot credit card. Her communication style is so kind and helpful that it’s very rare nowadays. You don’t really get to see such kind people so I thought I should share it with everyone!

Friendly service and never to busy

DK did an amazing job fitting my entire order into my car! I did half delivery and half curbside pickup, but the delivery wasn't necessary because he fit 9 metal folding chairs and an 8ft folding table all comfortably into my back seat! He saved me money on a delivery charge! Thank you so much and great job!

Home Depot seems to vary from store-to-store, but this is one of the good ones. The store is always clean and organized. It is huge, but the Home Depot app makes it easy to find what you need (and they have good signage). The employees are usually friendly and helpful (I’ve only had 1 bad experience after coming here countless times). The cart area is always stocked and the checkout is quick, even when the store is busy.

I have always been overwhelmed in home improvement stores, but I just had the best experience in this Home Depot! Everyone was very helpful, but Robert who assisted us in lumber really went above and beyond. We just upgraded from years of apartment living into a townhome, so I anticipate many projects in our future. See you again soon!

Staff is helpful on 95% of the time will direct you to whatever it is one is looking for. Carries a lot of products that one can't wait for online carriers to ship to when needed in a hurry.

I really like this home depot they have some really smart, helpful people in key areas.

10 out of 10 hands down the best Home Depot no that doesn't do it justice the best hardware store I've ever been to in my life! The workers are knowledgeable and instead of just pointing and saying I think that thing is over there they actually walk you to it and they actually know where stuff is it's like they take their job seriously it is freaking awesome it's my personal opinion that they should take all the workers of this Home Depot and spread them across the United States all the other Home depots to show them how to correctly run a hardware stor. I bought most of the tools that I need for my business at this Home Depot and was help by Sam at the pro desk....if the owner is reading this right now you need to make Sam a G.M. he was extremely knowledgeable about tools and talked to me into buying the Milwaukee product which is the best tool I've used so far and he knew tons of information I'm like how does this guy kown so much..... regardless to say he knows tons thank you once again Home Depot Livermore I hope to someday pass by my only regret is that I wanted to contact the prodesk to show them the picture of the tiny home that I built with the tools I bought from there but they were busy probably because they're so awesome. Thank you guys,

What can I say about Home Depot?

This is the place where contractors can easily get in and out. Lets not forget home owners can also get tips and tricks from the knowledgeable staff. There is almost always one near so if you find yourself out in the field needing a random part this is the go to place.

I only wish they could create a store that has the same model. Its always hard to find what you need when every store is different. They literally can have the bathrooms in the front, either side, or the back.

This store has saved me in more than one occasion. Allowing many customers to finally get some sleep after spending days in their sweltering house.

I went here with my sister Grace and we had a blast. Rick was super helpful and funny and helped us with all of our needs. What a great team player. IS THIS LOUD ENOUGH?

I was looking for a marker wand to be used with designetss spray paint cans. This is the only place in the whole Bay Area to have them in stock. Still, it took a LONG time to find them in the store - the two initial associated I asked were a complete waste of time, one said people steal them (why would they tell me that?) Another wasn't able.to use the computer to lookup the SKU to find them. I was about to leave pretty upset and I asked a guy that, without saying a word, took a huge ladder and went up on the high shelves and pulled one out of what looked like a secret box. The scene was surreal, there was no way anybody could have found those...

the people are very helpful and they always there to help.

While cluelessly looking for what I needed, Nick offered his help, quickly found exactly what I was looking for and was super nice while doing so! Great customer service (:
