The representative that I worked with was named Avi, he was very professional and extremely helpful. He gave me all the information that I needed to upgrade my phone, and then helped me until the information was updated to my new phone. He made the entire experience Very pleasant and painless

Avi I did a phone transfer from my 8+ to a 15 pro max! He was super helpful & professional! Greeted me immediately when I walked in the door. He was the only one working and he dealt with 5 additional customers while my data was transferring. He kept checking back to make sure everything was progressing. Some people appeared frustrated when they realized he was the only one working. But he kept his professional demeanor, greeted them, helped them, apologized for any wait & wished them a great day! He well represented at&t that day!

Alina from the AT&T Livermore store is a rockstar! She expertly guided me through upgrading my phone, patiently answering all my questions with a smile. Her attention to customer needs and assistance in setting up my account made the experience seamless. Alina's recommendations for a new line, screen protector and case were spot-on. Exceptional service with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction—she's the best!

I needed help setting up my new iphone. As I walked in I was greeted by Rajan, he was very helpful and kind! He helped me and had the patience to teach me some other tips and tricks about setting it up! Thank you for your help!

Very good customer service. Walked into the store around the afternoon and instantly a employee named rajan helped me with upgrading my device. Very friendly and kind even with my lack of knowledge on upgrading. He had a beard that was cut well but did not fully connect. Other than that great service.

Came into AT&T today with my family and instantly the workers greeted us in and (Christian) a worker even opened the door for us, he’s very social and very kind totally recommend asking for him when you come to this AT&T. He helped us out a lot into switching lines and getting the newest iphones! 10/10 service

Stopped into the store today to add a line for my daughter and resolve an issue with my trade-in. In the past I have done these types of things through Best Buy, this is my first time using the AT&T store. Just had to take a moment to say how helpful the staff there is. It seems so few businesses understand true service these days, this store definitely does. I’m very happy to have made the switch from Sprint/T-Mobile to AT&T, not only because my coverage is infinitely better but because of the service AT&T has provided. The first day that my wife and I went into the AT&T store, we were greeted by Abdulah, who helped us order new phones, get the accessories we needed and upgrade our service. The next day our phones arrived and we went back and again were greeted by Abdulah and with the help of Rajan, they installed screen saver on our phones, used smart switch to transfer the apps and data from our phones. The transfer took a long time, but they spend the time to insure the process was completed properly. They were very personable and seemed genuinely concerned that our phones met our needs. It was a pleasure to get that kind of service.

Let me start off by, I only spoke with this gentleman over the phone once and I can tell he is a kind, honest, caring person. He was so helpful with giving me all the information and laying out all the options for me. Very thorough. I highly recommend for this gentleman to help others as well. My Family and i just changed from T-Mobile to AT&T and it was such a good decision. we were recommended by a friend to speak to Sales consultant Ramon Ochoa, He really helped us out and was very patient with us through the whole process. He can speak Spanish and that helped my mother feel included in the conversations, just overall amazing customer service. 100% Recommend him to family and friends. Thank you!!!!

I walked into the store & was immediately greeted by Jason. I came in to pay my phone bill for the 2nd day in a row. Yesterday being an awe full experience here at this store. Anyways Jason was friendly, polite, cheerful & had me take a seat right away at the table. He processed my cash payment in a few mins. and I was on my way. He smiled & had a positive attitude!! You could use a few more employees like Jason!

Ramon was so considerate! He helped us get the best deals for the phones we wanted and even offered to get us a better deal on our cable and internet. Very patient and willing to explain anything you need clarification on. Would absolutely recommend him if you’re looking for assistance on your existing plan or even getting a new one.
