Best experience, hands down. Omar was extremely helpful and guided me into 2024 with new technology. I came home with everything I needed. His knowledge of the phones, promotional deals, and insurance for my new devices was above par! I feel assured that I have the best products and services that Verizon Wireless can offer. I'm so happy.

I just let Brian do his job. He is a pleasure to be around and very informative about all the products available. It was easy and quick for me to make a decision. I hope that Verizon sees what a valuable asset Brian is and rewards him accordingly.

Tripp & Andrew treated me professionally and answered my questions. Although it is a lengthy and expensive process to upgrade a cell phone I am happy with the results and the help I received at this store.

Andrew, Tripp, and Ricky were awesome !!! I had to switch cell phones, and the team work and customer service was outstanding! The store was very busy at the time we were there and they were helping everyone. What an awesome team!!!

Omar was a trooper today. we spent about 2 hours trying i figure out all my issues i was having from ordering a new phone from my verizon that i never received….from 6-4-23 to 6-24-23 i had been on the phone with 5 different representatives….. finally went into the store today and Omar help me get my upgrade done…. he was awesome 👏🏻

OMG!! This store is AMAZING! They are sooop helpful and honest! My husband and I appreciated their efficiency. We watched them give excellent customer service even when there were numerous people needing help! Omar and Andrew ROCK! This is why we keep coming back! Keep up the good work!

If you are searching for a new phone, I highly recommend the Verizon Store (Victra)on Highway 42 in Garner, NC. Ask for Rick! He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and just an all-around nice young man. He made the task of turning in my old phone for a new one a less daunting task. We plan to go back soon to replace my husband's phone.

Omar was very patient polite, and pushy at all, he haves me all my options with great recommendations and helped me with all my needs. Definitely I recommend him to every one.

So I went into the Garner location and I was immediately greeted by 2 employes. They were both very nice. Andrew ended up helping me out, and he was awesome! I would definitely recommend him to everyone. He was very friendly and helpful and looked for the best deal for me. He made sure that my bill wasn't astronomical. And he made sure that everything transferred over, even though my screen was shattered. Cudos Andrew! I appreciate you!

Both Adam and Andrew were very helpful with setting us up with new phones. Andrew was willing to try all he knew to try to save my contacts and photos from my broken phone.
