Publix Super Market at Marketplace at Flowers Crossroads

This is my favorite grocery store and location. This economy is trash in regards to prices, and I will say that Publix is not on the cheaper side when it comes to that, but the service and cleanliness of the store makes the little bit of a price increase worth it. All of these people complaining in the reviews sound like Karen’s. I have lived here for three years and go to this store once a week and I’ve never had a bad experience. Ethan is great! He is always on top of his game, friendly, knows what he’s doing, and is very efficient. I love that when I come in I always get greeted by the staff and not ignored. I am an independent shopper and don’t usually ask for help or assistance, but I would feel welcome to do so here if I needed to. Keep it up! You guys are doing great.

Staff — the friendliest and most helpful. Service — top notch. They created an excellent birthday cake and made sure it was ready on time (I’ve had terrible experiences picking up cakes elsewhere). I love shopping here.

Very clean, organized and friendly knowledgeable staff. The salad bar, hot bar and sub station is convenient, fresh and usually well stocked. Only draw back would be closing earlier than most. Definitely recommend!

This location recently opened in fall of 2020 in the rapidly growing area of Johnston county's Flowers Plantation community.

Directly across the street is a Harris Teeter store, so now residents have the choice of two high quality grocers.

My initial visit was shortly after the grand opening. As expected with a brand new store everything was pristine. But above that the service was amazing. From the greeters at the door, to the counter people, to the cashiers my experience was 5 star.

One of the workers took time to speak to me about the area since I'm relatively new. He explained the new developments in the community and answered many questions I had about the new store.

On my next visit I tried the deli hot bar. They have a 5.99 one entree, two-side special That's one of the best deals in town (mine was fish, onion rings and corn).

Love this Publix in Flowers. In fact, I drive 20 minutes from my home in Clayton (Cleveland area), just to come here. The store is always pristine, and help is always easy to find. I've visited at odd times and also on a Saturday morning and never felt too crowded or overwhelmed.

The pre-made foods are so convenient and also provide great dinner ideas. I'd always worried Publix was expensive, compared to the more common Food Lion. While it is slightly more expensive, the quality is unmatched, and the frequent sales and deals make it easy to shop wisely. This past Saturday, my bill was $200 and I easily purchased 2 weeks of great-quality food, which is hard to say with the cost of groceries nowadays!

I love Publix. This place is the best. Large variety of food and very organized. Everyone here is super nice and prices are not absurd. They even have an eating spot upstairs for take out food that was bought from here.

Try their fried chicken fam meal, their subs and their buy one get one deals. The employees are so welcoming, helpful & efficient. Jeremy in the meat department was super helpful. Store is insane clean. If a bogo sale stock is empty, go to customer service and get a rain check. If a meat selection is too large, the staff will repackaged it to make the item smaller and lower the price. They core pineapples for free. They take competitor coups. You can add manufacturer coups with Publix store coups for deals that cannot be had elsewhere. I <3 Publix. Their gas card special is amazing as well...

This is such a top tier grocery store it’s phenomenal. The staff is so friendly I’m convinced they’d carry my groceries home for me if I didn’t have a car. Great selection, great produce, and the subs they’re throwing down are the best you can get in the area!!

Chad in meats was awesome. He made my Thanksgiving this year Uber good! He went the extra mile and was dynamite at customer service. Keep up the good work Publix, place Chad’s in supervisory positions so that is customers continue to return!

I love this place! I was raised in Florida so I grew up with Publix. I was so excited when they came to NC!! I didn't take pictures of the sushi collection that I purchased but I did save the pics that I took for my mom. These prepackaged, freshly made, tasty meals are amazing! We are a really busy family. 24hr work, school, sports. These have made life sooo much more enjoyable! A quality meal without having to sacrifice the time we already don't have to achieve a REAL meal. Them being affordable is just a plus! I could only imagine how convenient and cost effective these would be to break down, for this price, as a single person... To have multiple great microwaveable choices to last all week! Thanks Publix for these affordably awesome, full flavored, easy, and tasty alternatives!

It's been a little over a month of opening as I write this so, take it with a grain of salt. It's a lovely place, they have ready to eat food, and over by the bathroom there is a set of stairs leading to an upstairs seating area with tables. It looks and feels larger than the Harris teeter making it sometimes hard to find things.

New store, only a month since grand opening. Beautiful produce, bakery and fresh meat selections. Lots of sale items readily available. Very friendly employees. Feels like an old neighborhood store where everyone knows you.

Always a pleasure to shop at Publix like they say. The guy helping me at the seafood counter was great.

They always greet you and treat you well. Everything is well stocked and clean. Never bought anything expired here. They have kid carts too!

I shopped at Publix for more than 20 years when I lived in Florida and I'm not changing now! I shop nowhere other than Publix. Moving from Carrie to Wilson and I will have to travel more than a half an hour to get to the nearest Publix but that's okay.

Staff is so friendly. Publix has items not found in other supermarkets. Love their fried chicken.
