The food and meat looks so much better. I have Shop here for several years. Always please with their products.

Love how friendly the whole store is. No complaints on there. I just wish they would clean the area where fresh produce is. Please clean my local Kroger store fresh produce area. It was really nasty. Then water comes out to water the produce which is great but the water is hitting all that nasty gross stuff and all I thought of is E. coli or something to get me and my family sick. So I purchased lettuce that was in a container. Wasn’t about to take my chances.

I love going to this Kroger location. It's better than going to Walmart or any other store for food. The quality of the food way better than others, and fresher as well. I also love the fact that they carry my favorite drinking water, Crazy Water, which is produced from wells here I'm Texas as well.

The Kroger on Galloway normally have what I want and the staff is very courteous.

They FINALLY HAVE SCANNERS IN THE SELF CHECK LINE!!!! Until now, this has been my main complaint, but that has now been remedied.
This is my go-to shopping place. It can get crowded, busy at times, but overall, not bad.

Typically an easy in and out process and great customer service!

Always a pleasant experience shopping at Kroger's

I have been using Kroger pick up since the pandemic first began about two years ago. They always have really great prices and the employees who bring the groceries out have always been kind. Only flaw which is not an employee fault but probably a managerial problem is the tablet they they use to swipe the cards don't always work. So the employee has to come get my card, go in to swipe it, then come back out with the groceries. It's not so much a problem for me but more so exhausting for the employee. Other than that my groceries have always been fresh with every pick up I've done and the waiting time is minimal.

Since I shop here all the time, the employees know me and my family. They are always helpful and friendly. Make sure you have a rewards card for discounts. They will also mail coupon to you. If you have the 123 Rewards card you will earn cash back every so often. With your rewards card you also earn fuel points. This is important because you can take up to $1 off per gallon depending upon how many fuel points you have. They add up fast.

I literally found everything, the worker in the fruit department was very nice. Everything was nice and organized. Groceries was stocked, I just want to say thank you to the manager! He's doing a great job and the employees. Thank y'all for your service!

I would like Kroger’s management team to know that Ashley at the self checkout is awesome! I have been out looking for water because my daughter has an 11 month old. They live in Dallas and their water got cut off yesterday due to the weather. But anyway as I was passing by I seen the truck pulling up to deliver to you all. I was just coming in to check when will they have stocked everything. Ashley told me it will definitely be tomorrow. So I said ok because I’m trying to get water for my grand baby and daughter. So I proceeded to tell her about their situation, then Ashley said hold on let me check to see if I still got this water over here! Luckily she did she had a case of water and save the day! I was so thankful for what she did I just had to give her something to get her some lunch! People don’t understand it’s the little things! Ashley is definitely the kind of employee that goes the extra mile. Because she didn’t have to give that water up. Thank you to all the hard working employees working in this tough season we all are facing! This is the Kroger’s on Galloway and Kearney.

I like Kroger, they send me coupons in the mail and using my Kroger card I get discounts on gas. I find some things at Kroger are better priced and they have good sales. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. I can go in get what I need and self check out and leave.

Kroger is always a great place to shop for groceries. Our store here in mesquite is especially our favorite. We try our best to save on name brand merchandise and Kroger Brand is just as good or better. Been doing business with them for 20 some years or more. If you pay attention to sales and coupons you just can't go wrong. I've tried every store in the metroplex and I always go back to Kroger after being discouraged with the prices that these other stores try to compete with what Kroger offers. If you live by saving with coupons and special's, you are going to be very pleased with Kroger. Now I know why my mom my neighbors and my ex-wife shopped at Kroger's. After being single now for several years, I've also become hooked on Kroger's. Our store here in mesquite has a friendly staff that makes shopping worth the while

The produce is always fresh and stocked, for the most part I find what I need without assistance. I like the store hours, however the face of the building needs remodeling.

They are my family. Best pharmacy in toen, managers want to help you with things you need. Good people, lovely floral department.

If anyone has questions concerning meats or seafood, Kroger on Galloway in Mesquite has got your answers. There is one particular young gentleman with a beard in the seafood area that is very knowledgeable concerning smoking meats, grilling, and seafood preparation. Forgive me for not listing his name, I just keep forgetting to ask him his name.

Great store friendly staff, I was help by Susan and Gregory I think, mask makes it hard to hear. Anyway the customer service was great
