Very nice clean store for your hardware needs. Whether it be AL who helped me get what I need, or Phyllis who checked out my items at the register, the folk here are very kind and helpful. I must also mention that Ms. Maura Aranda (who primarily works at the Dallas office) was kind enough to correspond with me via email to inform me that they carry the kitchen cabinet hinge I was looking for (which is not available at home depot). Since they are smaller than the big chains like Lowes & Home Depot, the ease of getting assistance with what you're looking for, would definitely put this place above the others. 5 Stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The gentleman that helped me today was so kind, careful and helpful! He cut a piece of 27x40 glass for a large collage frame made. He measured it to make sure it was square and then taped the glass and the frame in my car. I appreciate the easy experience!

This place is right down the street from my house so I use them out of convenience. Their prices aren't always the cheapest but the staff always seems friendly and attentive and they have a huge selection of household items! Another added bonus is that they have a Scag dealer and a Stihl dealer located inside the store which is exactly what I need to service my lawn equipment. I like this place a lot and will continue to shop here

We love Elliot’s! This place is awesome and has everything under the sun. Furthermore they helped support local ER staff with some BBQ baked potatoes! Definitely going to shop here more often!

Has an extreme amount of items … mid level price… very helpful staff

I’ve been going there for years for hardware, some plumbing and electrical, and lawn equipment items. They have an excellent selection of screws and unique fasteners. The employees are often very helpful. The lawn equipment shop is very good too. You may pay a little more for some items, but for convenience I think it is well worth it. Unlike Home Depot, the fasteners will be well organized and wide selection.

This is my go to store the last 10 years or so for anything I need to do repairs around the house. The store is ALWAYS well stocked. Outstanding selection of products across the board. Will be back the next time I need something. And for odd ball nuts, bolts, screws, washers, this place is loaded with all types. Need to mention the staff has great product knowledge as well.

I like coming here. They have what I need especially when it comes to little things.

Elliott's is a great place for the DIY'er. I especially like the selection of nuts & bolts. I will think of going to this place before going to a larger retail, unless I have to go for items that are only available there like Ryobi tools.

They're the go to store for hard to find items.
I've used them for over 20 years. Ever sense they were on maple avenue in dallas.
Most customer service people can tell you what isle the item you're looking for, which was amazing!

Very kind people there a lady was there asking me if I needed some help that she's be right over here I like that customer service and the cashier was very nice

Great hardware store. A little pricey but still good. They've had everything I've needed, every time I've gone there. A lot better than "big box" stores. Always clean and people are helpful!

Great hardware store. Selection of hardware and tools that big box stores don't have. They carry Benjamin Moore paint. Mohawk lawyer stain and clears. Cheapest place I found for screws bolts and fasteners. Very helpful staff and friendly.

The attitude of staff and the atmosphere will make you pass by home depot. Love there old fashioned items especially the specialty candy that you can't find in the others stores. They are unique.

Does have hard to find plumbing parts.

Visiting managers and cashiers from Dallas and Plano stores serviced me at my neighborhood Mesquite store, and were friendly and helpful although I was shopping for items at 445pm, 15 min before close! Big difference in cleanliness and enforcing the safeguards with all staff and shoppers! Thank you!

Very impressed with this store! The store itself was clean and well stocked. All the employees I came across were friendly and helpful, both of which seem to be dying arts in retail these days. I am not local but would make this my go to store if I was.

Neighborhood Hardware store that carries a little of everything but not quite everything. Friendly staff, well stocked, slightly higher prices but decent. Like that I can be in and out in minutes. Excellent Grilling supplies.

Elliott's is always good. It's not the same as the old Elliott's was but still good. Even though it's a little pricey most of the time you can find what you need and that's always a plus. I miss the original store on Maple. My husband and I would go over there and just shop and look for hours.

The most helpful hardware store in dfw. No matter what day it's always someone here to help! Not that I have to help it's policy. That sincere I want to help. If not! They hire good actors/actress an got better prices than Walmart
