Friendly and helpful employees and managers. As a personal shopper on a popular platform, I come to this store multiple times a day. This is one of my favorite Fred Meyers.
Heber is my absolute favorite employee and I always go through his lane to check out if he is there. He always makes me laugh!
I also have much respect for the management. They are professional yet still friendly, and very knowledgeable. My favorite manager is a lady named Victoria. She is always on the move but makes time for the customers if they need her, with no hesitation, and she always puts a smile on my face when I see her!
**Changed my rating from 4 to 5 due to the excellent customer service that I have received time and time again!

From what I've heard from others is that Fred Meyer in Boise seems to have the better prices with more product on the shelves. I really won't go to any other store except the Fred Meyer here in Boise. Love it love it love it

I stopped shopping at FM for the past approximately 7 months because I found that after the merger with Albertsons was announced, prices went up much more and I didn't see Albertsons prices going up at the same time. We went on 11/20 and I found prices had went down on some of the items we purchase weekly. I'll try it again for a few months and decide if I'll continue.

I received great assistance with making a copy of a key. The customer service was excellent for a cold, gray Monday morning.

Customer service is always amazing. I was just there and did not see an item I wanted to buy in its normal aisle. Without this item, my purchase was just under the amount I needed to spend to use my $13 off $130. The cashier said there was nothing he could do, and I was not surprised and totally understood. However, on my way out, I saw the item I needed in a special display. So, I went to customer service and explained the situation. She did not even hesitate to say she would make it work for me. So, I grabbed what I needed, took it to customer service, she used the coupon, and I got paid 12 cents to buy 4 12 packs of Sprite because they were on sale.

The lady at the deli sliced our ham for us and folded it nicely in the bag. I wish everyone took such pride in their work.

This Fred Meyer location is probably *the* spot to go for fresh produce and friendly employees. This place isn’t just a grocery store. It’s a place to relax and just shop for what you need. Whatever you need. They’ll always have it ready for you. The people who work here work their butts off—so that anyone who comes here for groceries can have a positive experience.

Always has great produce and a good deli

Angela in the Floral Department was very, very helpful keeping me informed about chrysanthemums coming in for the cemetery. She went above and beyond by checking other stores to see if they had them. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness.

It should be said that Fred Meyers is on the more expensive side. It should also be said that their merchandise is top quality with popular brands, the produce is always fresh and attractive, the deli is delicious and a great choice for lunch, the staff are helpful and friendly. You can get everything you need there. One stop shop way better than walmart

They have most all the food needs. And other types of things needed for home and play. The store is clean and organized. And the deli isn't too bad. I've had worse. But all n all. Id refer it to someone for a place to get in and out of easy and having most of everything a person needs
