AT&T Store

The AT&T agent was professional, knowledgeable. and personable. From arrival to departure all went well. Now my Applewatch Ultra can make and receive phone calls. Thank you both Apple and AT&T for a fine product and wonderful technology.

Juan the sales rep who helped me was great. He was super patient in answering all of my questions and really helpful with my insurance claim. He made the entire process super easy and pleasant.

FYI this is a 'Corporate Store' and not a value added reseller. That was important to my mom and I. We dropped in and it was quiet and Raquelle helped us right away. She was incredibly kind and patient with my 80+ year old mom. Also Raquelle worked hard to make sure my mom had the best deal. She got the phone set up and transferred over from mom's older SE model. Can't say enough good stuff, so for sure check them out.

Juan was so professional and helpful. I bought a new iphone and he helped me transfer the data from my old phone and getting the new phone all set with a screen protector, case, charging block and insurance. He explained everything and was very patient. He is also assisting my husband with a business account. Thanks Juan!!!

Our sales rep is amazing. We will definitely go back there again and ask for her. She was very informative and help to set up our new phones. She answered all her questions, and now we feel confident and excited with any purchases.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Recently had to buy a new phone and plan and my experience doing so here was phenomenal. Andrea R. helped me and she made the process very easy. We went in to acquire an upgrade and we're assisted by a gentleman by the name of Marcus. Who was beyond informative and very knowledgeable about AT&T plans and services. Not only were we able to get what we went for we were also able to upgrade our plan with his Expertise on his companies services. I have never experienced customer service at this level. And will most definitely be returning to this store location when it's time to revisit my carrier.. thank you Marcus!!!!

I made a mistake I meant to rate it a 5. Everything was great. Everyone was friendly and professional.So sorry that I first mistakenly chose a 1. They were far from a 1. They all made me feel very comfortable. Good sense of humor. Just an all around great team!.

Came to this store because we originally stopped at the location on Rosecrans which was horrible as we waited 30 minutes before walking out as no one even stopped once to greet us.

That was all redeemed when we came here as we were greeted right away by the security guard who was very pleasant & friendly. We immediately came inside & were introduced to Grace who was very friendly & eager to help.

Grace has impeccable customer service skills & helped us get the best possible deal on our new iPhone 12’s. She was very knowledgeable, very upfront & extremely professional which we appreciated.

The store was very clean which is also appreciated especially during covid.

The entire staff was friendly. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience today & highly recommend Grace! Thank you 🙏

I consistently have had nothing but positive experiences at this location. Each employee I’ve ever dealt with has been a joy to work with. Everyone had great attitudes and set me up for success with whatever request I had. Whether it was adding international service to my plan for a trip or switching to a different plan, they made it easy and fun. For whatever it’s worth to whomever needs this info, this location is great.

Lucy is the most incredible account manager. She is extremely knowledgeable. She helped me buy a New phone and watch. She was patient and kind and explained everything very clearly. Please reward her and give her a promotion. I would hire her in a minute.
Best service I have ever received.

My Visit at this At&t store was nothing less than amazing and a breeze. Emily S was the young lady that assisted me, she was not only extremely nice and welcoming when she approached me. But she was accurate on my needs and what i was coming into the store for. She as well assisted me on getting a screen protector and phone protector and advised me on my warranty and on how to go about registering it for my warranty. She was very thorough with her explanations and overall knowledge on all 3 products i purchased. She went above and beyond to offer to install my screen protector and phone case as well for me. Once i walked out the store I was ready to just turn my phone on and use it. I left the store extremely satisfied.

We had such a great experience at this AT&T store. We were assisted right away by Lucy, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful - she sat with my mom and I for two hours explaining everything we needed to know about our plan, upgrades, and what the best value would be.
