Stopped in to buy a new phone and Kenneth R, the gentleman who helped me was fantastic! He really made my buying experience amazing- he was very professional and made extremely helpful suggestions that worked with my budget and family plan! He honestly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and because of this had one of the best experiences at ATT yet! Thank you for hiring people like Kenneth R!!!

Went in to get a new phone and was greeted by Justin. He was the absolute best and helped me right away. He was efficient, patient, and caring. Best customer service hands down.

George the manager was so pleasant. I was anxious to visit the store because of previous experiences at other stores but George made my visit quick, easy, and painless. Super professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and solved my problem. Will come back!

I had an excellent experience at the Playa Vista Store. Josh (the manger) provided me with excellent customer service. He was professional and knowledgeable of the information I requested. He also knows the products well and was able to suggest some based on my needs. I will go to the store again!

We love coming to the Playa Vista AT&T loc because all the staff members are extremely helpful. We especially enjoy interacting with Trey and the manager because they always have quick solutions for all our needs. I was at the At&T store in Playa Vista. I was changing from a Galaxy S 8 to a Galaxy S 23+ , Jorge and Trey were very nice and helped me during the entire process, which can be a bit much since I switched from a 5 year older phone. So thank you guys so much for your great customer sevice!

After returning to another AT&T store four times to get help with a billing problem that was not resolved, I decided to try the Playa Vista store prompted by the good reviews, especially someone named Arturo. Much to my surprise, he was there! I want to express my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Arturo who greeted me with a smile and offered his help - he knew exactly what to do and solved my problem efficiently with genuine interest and care. I do hope Arturo receives recognition for representing AT&T so well. Thank you!

I had an awesome experience at this AT&T store. Arturo made every effort to go above and beyond to get me a new phone after mine was stolen😞. So although I came in frustrated, I left completely happy and content with a new phone and an even better deal on my phone bill then when I came in! Thank you Arturo for an awesome experience. Do yourselves a favor and if you have any cell phone needs go into this location and ask for Arturo.

I got help from Arturo and he was so helpful! He helped me upgrade my phone and my sister who lives in Oregon! He also made sure to give me tips on working my mom’s hotspot from AT&T. Overall, great guy that is very patient and kind.

The staff was amazing and super helpful. They were really knowledgeable about the phones, and helped me pick out as well as set up my new phone. I had a lot of questions about billing and payment, which they walked through for me at my pace as well as helped me find the best payment option for me.

They also just seemed like nice people. A child accidentally walked into the store and multiple staff members got up and made an effort to find the child's parent.

Thanks to Arturo. Without him, I couldn’t solve my new SIM card signal issue. He is so helpful and patient that he walked through every single step during the activation process. He is quite humorous as well, making the time waiting for troubleshooting more fun. Believe me, you can always trust him and he will do his best to help you guys out.

Exceptional Customer Service!! Arturo exceeded my expectations. Traded in an old phone and upgraded to the new Samsung Galaxy ultra S22. Arturo displayed immense professionalism in answering all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend coming to the Playa Vista store for any phone related purchases. Special shout out to Mike aka Michael! He was amazing and helped me a lot with transitioning from a Samsung to an iphone. He added my military discount and gave a great recommendation to fix my phone to trade it in. When my iPhone arrived, he helped me set it up and gave me various tips. Today I came back with my fixed phone and I’m so glad I listened to his recommendation. 15/10 service and I’m so glad I was able to work with him. Highly recommend him for any service you need.

Had the pleasure of getting helped by Omar. He was very professional and knowledgeable about reporting a lost phone and how to get a new upgrade all while juggling between two other customers. Omar should get a bonus, promotion, and pay increase, and all of the above. He's truly a customer's delight and goes above and beyond the call of duty to help. He has nice eye lashes too.

Just upgraded to my new iphone pro max 13. The process was so simple thanks to AT&T associate Yolanda's expertise and guidance. She didn't try to oversell products, but offered such and found me some excellent sale prices! A very pleasant experience!!

Had a great experience yesterday in this AT&T location. No wait time at all, and Arturo one of the sales managers was super helpful and efficient. I wanted to upgrade my phone and it was a breeze due to his help. Great customer service all around!
