CVS

Clean and spacious with lots of options in the cosmetic department. They have sections dedicated to different companies which adds a nice department store feel to this CVS. You can get helium balloons here! Tons of balloon selections, and they have a helium tank to fill up any that are not already floating.

Juan was super friendly and really made me feel welcomed, taking extra care to ensure I was set on the weight distribution of my items in a bag, and asked if I needed parking validation. There was a manager walking around who was helpful, they didn’t have the kosher salt I was looking for, but he took the time to help me look around.

They have a full pharmacy section. And lots of grocery items, no produce, but they carry a bunch of different types of alcohol. Plenty of parking space at the Runway. This CVS is located on the second floor or Runway.

My family and my closest neighbors have been coming to this CVS for years and all through the Pandemic.
Such a blessing to have such a great staff from the Pharmacists and all -over staff.Elba, Christian , Jared, and George are standout people.
Louis ,the Manager does a great job keeping things running smoothly with a great sense of humor!
Businesses like this are what make our neighborhood so nice to live in. The neighborhood vibe and reality is priceless.

I want to give a big shout to Mr. Ashkan, the new pharmacist in CVS Playa vista. He's new at the branch, but when I first talked to him to get my husband prescription, he was so nice and very accommodating. He see to it that you get what you need. The next time I pick up my husband RX, even his not on pick up side, he say hi how are you. My husband has a lot of medication. The insurance change the pharmacy of his mail order RX, so we decided to transfer all his RX to CVS because of Mr. Ashkan. CVS is so lucky to have an employee like him!

Really shocked by bad reviews. Have been a customer here for 3 years now and never had any problems with the store or the pharmacy. The prices here are surprisingly incredibly reasonable and not expensive at all. The selection of products here is quite plentiful and diverse - I've even seen some items here not normally found at other CVS locations. The staff is always professional. While there's usually only 1 person posted at the registers, another will always come and open up another line if there are more than 2 customers in line, so there's never really that long of a wait. The only "issue" (if you can call it that) I've ever had here, is from other customers not paying attention to the direction of the line (which is *clearly posted* for everyone to see) which can cause a bit of disruption: The line curves in front of the aisles so that no one is blocking them and everyone can see the line ahead of time (very smart and efficient). Once in a while, people line up in a straight line though, which blocks one of the aisles and hides the customers from those trying to get in line - sometimes leading to confusion as to who was in line first. If the staff corrected this issue themselves whenever it arose, that would be very helpful to the customers! Overall, this is a splendid CVS location and I only wish it were open later!

But John have so much patience to help customer.

This CVS is on the smaller side as compared to others. But, it is practically brand new (maybe a year old now) therefore very clean and bright. Its in a great mix use com complex with Wells Fargo, Whole Foods, +others. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I've always had courteous and prompt service. There is plenty of parking and they validate. My Dr. calls in the prescription and I check to make sure it's ready. It takes only a few minutes at non peak hours

It is probably impossible to give 5 stars to any pharmacy, considering you're usually in the presence of people who aren't feeling very good. But I appreciate the location of this store in Playa Vista, it is rarely crowded, the hours are convenient and the pharmacy has never disappointed me.

Surprisingly great selection of christmas items in stock. Pharmacy is fast, lines are usually short. Definitely one of the cooler CVSs I’ve been to.
