Just left the CVS in Garwood and unlike many other reviewers, I had an amazing experience dealing with Kevin in the pharmacy. He was very professional, took care of me with kindness and genuine care and was a pleasure to deal with.
The bottom line is if you need to visit the pharmacy at this CVS, ask for Kevin. He will take good care of you.

I am 76 yes old and really don't want to do the video. I received EXCEPTIONAL
CUSTOMER SERVICE from a woman named EWA. A nice young man tried to help me but he couldn't and immediately got EWA.She assessed the situation and knew exactly what to do and whst to ask me for. I live in Roselle and I am literally 3 mon away from the CVS there. I drive Garwood because I have always received \nFANTASTICK \nhelp there. You have a great staff there. It's worth the ride and your store is always clean and well stocked and the customer service is outstanding!!!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, especially when it comes to NOELL . She’s polite, professional, friendly, kind. Takes time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. She explains thing to you in a way that you’re able to understand. She’s such a hard working and kind loving person . Cvs pharmacy is lucky to have her!

I wanted to recognize the outstanding service by Lakeisha in the pharmacy today. One of my prescriptions had an insanely high co-pay. She took the time to try and research different options (brand or quantity dispensed) to see if she could make it somewhat more reasonable, but she still was not satisfied with the results. Then she looked into a manufacturer's coupon and handled the entire process to apply for it. She was able to get my original $500 plus co- pay down to $25. All of this while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor, and tending to many clients during a very busy morning at the pharmacy. Job well done! Thank you, Lakeisha!!

The staff member who was handling covid tests today through the drive-thru was excellent, she was patient knowledgeable and I only wish I caught her name. But thank you for making what could be a nightmarish process that much easier.

The head pharmacist was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel really safe while getting the vaccine (i’m bad with needles) she was so good that i came back for my booster! Thank you Margarita!!

The 3 ladies at the pharmacy went above & beyond to ensure I got my Rx filled (about 6 mins before closing time) when they didn’t even have it in stock!

Don't use their phot printing. Everything comes out too dark and they are unable to make an adjustment
