Harbor Freight Tools

I shop at this location frequently, as I do handyman work in the Midcoast area. The staffing is friendly and helpful. Prices and quality of most items is good to excellent. I have not had to return many items, but when I do, there is never a hassle. Highly recommended for decent tools at excellent prices.

Ken greeted us at the door and directed us on where to go for the items we were looking for. He educated us on the extended warranty on the item we purchased. And walked us to the door.

Excellent service, and I haven't been able to break their tools that I have broken many craftsman versions of!

The service is amazing, if you need anything just ask, most of them know where everything is and they're all very polite. The store is filled with useful tools for the regular consumer at an unusually low price, although I'm assuming its a "you get what you pay for", they still seem quite rugged for the price. They'll definitely see me again.

These people were very receptive and helpful when I contacted them with an issue with a product that I had purchased from them. Their response was " bring it back and we will replace it". AND THEY DID, NO QUESTION ASKED. I will be back to them again. Nice to do business with straight shooters.

We all know that the tools are mostly junk but with the lifetime warranty how can you go wrong. The prices are fantastic and it breaks just get a new one. Theres no hassle exchanging the tools their pretty laid back plus on the flipside some of there tools are better than name brand

Geez, a young man greeted me when I walked in, asked if he could help, took me to the item, got a cart. Amazing! Girl at the counter was equally as helpful. Not sure of their names, but it was about 4PM on 11/25. Give them a raise!!!

Charlie helped me out really fast with the correct hole saw arbor I had purchased, was in and out of there in 3 minutes with the proper tool , man thank you so much time is money

Love it hear I never walk out empty handed and there associates are very helpful. One associate there Jessica really knows her stuff and one other time I was there they didn't have what i needed that day but she was able to point me somewhere near by and I got what I needed that day to finish my project.

Best store of this kind i have ever been in.I was there recently on a busy day,found the need to park a good distance from the store,i am using a cane and am not moving very well,when i turned around to return the cart to the store a young employee was there to take it back for me.Did not expect that.

Lots of items that normally would cost a lot for big brand names but the items they have here work just as well for a fraction of the cost

Its like a toys r us for adults....and some good deals!! I get it that it is not like snap on or Mac tools...but still good prices!!luv this place!!!!
