Angie was a tremendous help with a small print job. She walked me through all the self-service steps to get the item from my cell phone to the printed page.

Pam at print department WAS AMAZING!!!! Totally rocks. I was stressed and that doesn’t mix with technology. She totally took care of what I needed. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I needed some property lots enlarged from their original format. I was helped by Angie. Angie was amazing. She was very attentive to my needs, listened carefully and was very pleasant to work with. While I was there, I witnessed Angie working very well with a bunch of other customers, while continuing to keep me engaged and multitasking to complete 3 other projects simultaneously! A++ customer service! You rock, Angie! Staples should give you a raise for all that you do!

Today I lugged a very very large box into the store to be returned to Amazon. I saw a man standing in there, with his arms folded and thought he was a customer but still might have offered to help an 81 yo woman. One of the young ladies who work there came right over and helped carry it. At that point the man broke from his posing and said "oh, I'm in a dream world". I believe he might even be the manager. As I was leaving, the store was getting busy and he was still standing there, as if posing. The three women working there were very busy and very business like and helpful, not only to me but other customers.

We needed some new TV guide/menus for our rooms done. Carly, in the printing department, who was very friendly and helpful, took our project to a new level. She is obviously skilled with Photoshop and editing because she went above and beyond, updating to our newer logo and adding other local businesses to highlight. Excellent work!! 10/10!!!

I recently started a small business, and the Rockland Staples had everything that I needed to get off the ground. When we needed laptops, David got us set right up with exactly what we needed. Jason C. took care of us in a big way when we recently had a problem with our Staples Rewards account. He knows Customer Support! And Stephanie finds a way to make checking out fun. Thank you all! I helped open this store in October of 2003. Assembled the shelving, set planograms, and overstocked furniture & office supplies. I worked with all types. Electronics and copy center/ups is probably the most annoying to work in. I learned my customer service skills here.

Needed to make a few copies of my artwork...on Oct 3,2022..was helped by Emily who went out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted..she is a wonderful Staple's employee..would not hesitate to return to Rockland, Maine ,Staples because of her. Wendy Mantooth

I also found things pretty easily...I just read the aisle signs. I thought that's what they were there for?

Ah Staples. Where do I begin? From the memories of when i was a small tadpole clutching my mothers big green guiding hard, leading me to and from the isles. Or from now, where that big green hand is mine, and I guide my own slime covered babies to the big cushy chairs. Service here is impeccable, and the staff act as if they are family to me and my little bugs. Their paper, i like to say,, ‘speaks to me’TM . You see, I used to buy my paper on amazon. But let me tell you. That phlimsy thin paper dose NO justice to those trees out there. Staples paper our herd feel warm in our heart. I am going to tell you a story. Ever Tuesday at sunset, we go up on our big hill over looking forests and fields. We take our big picnic blanket, some candles, our dinner, and a half ream of your paper, and create lasting memories. We all enjoy our meal as the sun goes down, and at the last ten minutes of the beautiful sunset, we fly our paper air plains off into the evening air. They sour in the evening kissed air and as the last beams of sunlight strike the sky, we watch our paper dance. That would never be possible without you. Thank you.

This store is always nice to go to and clean. The print center has improved and the customer service is top notch. Even with COVID regulations it is great!

The staff here works hard to do their best and are always willing to help me find anything. I often email plan sets to the copy dept. who has it ready for me when I get there. They simply make my life a lot simpler.

Recycled a printer and fax machine for a friend. Piece of cake - staff were friendly, helpful & efficient.
