We had a small discrepancy with a price on steaks. Belinda immediately came over and corrected it for us. She went above and beyond for my wife, and I am most appreciative because money is so tight for us these days. She is the reason my family will keep shopping at Shaw's instead of Hannaford. 5stars for this store, thank you!

Yes, five stars. I am a fussy old merchandiser from the good old days of whole foods, and I can appreciate a clean and well merchandised store. I've got to say I was really blown away by how nice the store appeared. Wide spacious isles and all although the selection is smaller than some of the competition, they have everything you need. I was particularly impressed with the deli, the sandwich meat and cheese selections are excellent and I was thrilled with my purchases. If I didn't live so far away I would make this a regular shopping stop. Well done!

Today's grocery haul for our family Facebook and YouTube channel included awesome deals. The staff was helpful as always.

The Osco pharmacy attached to it is the best in the whole region. Excellent service, quick, friendly and competent. Will send Rxs for those living on the local islands and other remote places.

A well-organized supermarket offering a good selection of items at an affordable prices. A commitment to community recycling by including machines that provide receipts for recycled bottles that can be exchanged for cash within the store. Shaw's walks the talk. Kudos to you. Staff helpful too.

Their sales and Just For U deals are worth stopping in for. The store itself is clean and usually well stocked. What sets This Particular Store apart from the others is the Excellent Attitude of the knowledgeable and helpful employees. You are Always Greeted Warmly, upon arrival at the register. We drive in, from an hour away, just to shop at This store. There is plenty of parking. During Covid, the employees have been keeping the store as safe as possible, sanitizing surfaces between customers and constantly reminding everyone to maintain the 6' rule. A nice shopping experience.

I have a family of 6 and I shop at Shaw's. In my opinion they have the best deals around. Lots of bogo deals and lower prices for bulk buying. I love watching my final bill decrease at checkout, after all the sales/deals are applied to my order. I definitely get a lot more for my money at Shaw's.

As usual shaws is great. Best place to save money too. Catch the 3 day sales every week when new ad comes out Friday, Sat and Sunday. This is where you save the most. Compare your ads though once in a while their sale price is not the lowest.

Very clean, friendly cashiers, and great produce and meat! Too bad more people won't work. That's the only drawback...longer wait times. But, the cashiers are fast, work hard and are friendly and helpful. 🙂👍

One of my favorite places to shop! They always have amazing deals! There meat is always fresh and they will trim and cut it on the spot for you. I dont have a single negative thing to say. Would highly recommend this place to everyone looking for great deals!

Reasonable prices, terrific deli, great butcher department, nice staff. Occasionally a lame duck to deal with or ignore. Needs a couple more handicap carts but they are vigilant to keep them charged. Bring your own bags. Rockland started plastic bag ban 1/1/19. Eventually comes the 5 cent charge. Ample parking, well lit and bathrooms are clean.

I like this grocery. Between the weekly ad and the app, I find that I'm able to save quite a few dollars when I shop here.
If you ever lived on the west coast, you will find the store's "signature kitchen " brand to be familiar (it looks like Safeway select). I have a feeling that this chain is part of the same group that own Safeway and Von's. Also, there were some things like Tapatio hot sauce that I can't find at other grocers, but Shaw's has them.

This store and it's personnel are fantastic -always ready to help you -the Deli and the Produce sections are well run and really go out of their way to try and get you what you want -the management has been very receptive to their customer's during this uncertain time and the workers deserve everyone's thanks for always being there with masks on for hours and trying to keep the customer's happy during all of these stressful times !!!

Great selection of organic and dairy free foods! Bigger than the shaws in my area and the employees were great! Smooth layout and decently fast service.

Always friendly, clean and reasonable prices. I drive down from Searsport to Rockport just to shop.

This shaws store is my favorite there food is always fresh I love there deli from there salads to there sandwich s and all the good.food they make is just unbelievable in the quality compared to hanafords I wish there was a shaws next to every.hanafords store so more people could compare the difference,in the quality and care put in to all shaws supermarket s THERE A CUT ABOVE THE REST

An amazing level of personal service without the sacrifice of efficiency is possible. It is proven by the store manager and the other employees of your Rockland store.

I was upset about the unavailability of a certain item so I talked to the manager. He promised a follow up and HE DID IT! The other employees with whom I interacted were kind and helpful too.
