Open late and super nice staff. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and have great customer service. Very happy with products and service.

Kathryn was wonderful.
All the questions we had, she answered. Was able to get everything set up, offered to put the liquid glass on for me.
Highly recommend her.

Also give her top props for dealing with a very nasty customer that was ahead of us.

Is a remarkable person! In addition to being a store manager she expertly and smoothly guided me from not knowing what I was going to do about my phone to getting a new one... very pain free and so appreciated her attitude and professionalism!

Brandon from the Thomaston/Rockland ,Maine store was very helpful, friendly, welcoming and understanding. He helped me with the issues I went in with and gave great advice toward my account and devices that were very helpful. I'm very pleased with the service he provided today😁

I went into the store both Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. The first day, I explained my issues and Jerod went over everything in detail. He gave me wonderful advice. His extensive knowledge of the products, his professionalism, and his friendly demeanor convinced me to switch carriers. The second day I was waited on by two girls, they were both professional and friendly. Very helpful. I'm so glad I switched to Verizon!

Katheryn was amazing! Helped get us two new phones at an incredible price! She took her time, listened to what we wanted and made the experience so pleasant. I wouldn’t ever go to another Verizon!

I have never met more genuine, kind people than the employees at the Thomaston Verizon (Katheryn and AJ). We struggled trying to get my new phone, but they both held my hand the entire way through. I could never be more thankful for two people than I am today. I hope this review gets them a raise, because I couldn’t imagine anyone more deserving than them!

I had the opportunity to watch the service provided to the customers that just wasn’t there at other cellphone stores, it was then I felt comfortable enough to upgrade my phone and have my data and the like brought across to my new phone. The young gentleman was helping people who even gotten their phones elsewhere and was sincerely trying to help them. That spoke volumes about the customer support and experience.

Katheryn was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my experience so much easier. By far the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with at Verizon. Your company needs more people like her! She made everything clear and simple to understand and helped me find the phone I needed for my usage. Definitely will return next time I need help or need a new phone. Thank you Katheryn!

Every once in a while you encounter someone who is so good at their work, attention should be paid. LYRIC, who works at this particular Verizon store, is one of those people. Twice she has solved my iPad/Verizon problems by being ultra smart, ultra nice and ultra efficient. I don’t know what a Verizon store employee gets paid but my advice to her employers is don’t lose her. She’s exceptional.

Alexander was fantastic and super helpful and as much as he could be to try to correct mistakes made in new account set up by the Augusta store. He spent two hours with me trying to troubleshoot bad customer service in Augusta.

My husband and I bought new Android cell phones. We ended up having to make a 2nd trip to the store because of additional questions. Our initial sales person was not working that day so we received help from Gaven. He was beyond amazing. He answered every question and solved every problem.
These people are great. Anyone will help you whether they sold you the phone or not. I hate change and have no patience, and I couldn't have gotten better service. You can't go wrong with anyone in store. Gaven, however, went over and above what I would call good service. Gaven, you are outstanding.

I want him to the Verizon store after having very very poor service four years at u.s. cellular. The representative I work with was a great educator and did it very good job of laying out my options. So much so that I brought somebody back with me the next day and we signed on. This is not a review of my phone use experience which is a little different. Lots of dropped calls

Jeremiah Gray has been very helpful every time I have been in.He is very knowledgeable and courteous and willing to go the extra. Always a very Friendly atmosphere. The store looks amazing, very energetic staff and Management team!

AJ is a sales representative at Verizon in Thomaston Maine. A lovely.man. He took care of the problem that I had with my phone in less than 15 minutes!! We enthusiastically endorse AJ as "technician extrodinaire".

My phone died while on vacation with 2 small kids. I went in and got the greatest customer service from Katheryn. Not only did she get me quickly set up with a new phone but also reviewed my billing and was able to lower my monthly bill significantly. I just wish I had a store like this and a Verizon representative like Katheryn back home!
