Nordstrom Rack

No complaints about this Rack. Everything is organized and it is easy to get to. The parking lot is big but it does have two popular restaurants next door. That is also a plus, the shopping center has a lot going on. I have got a few great items for myself here and picked up clearance items to sell online. The customer service and all employee interactions are very professional. Thank you for the great deals Nordstrom.

Very organized and well stocked! The store is clean and has hand sanitizer throughout the store. A very COVID aware/compliant environment. I felt very comfortable in the store with the precautions in place. Great sale today. Bought tons of stuff since it's been my first time shopping since the quarantine.

Vicki the Nordstorm Rack person who checked me out, went above and beyond the call of duty, handling my return which got confused by the trainee. Vicki was friendly and professional, cool headed and helpful.

Everytime I shop there I find something I like. And don't get me started on the app for Nordstrom's and Nordstrom's Rack - just awesome. I went in to pick up an order and actually walked out with nearly $200 more worth of stuff 😆.

I only use this Nordstrom rack for returns after Costco because it is right behind it. I always do my returns as promptly as possible. I like to keep my bill paid in full or my rule is no more shopping. I also want to support the stores I like and that way they can resell the item and not have it get stale as far as season etc. Not that we have seasons in good old Ca.

Very helpful great deals

Lots of deals to be had on major brands, clothing and shoes. The store seems a little cramped and the checkout is a weird location but the deals make it worthwhile. Large parking lot that gets busy during meal times due to the proximity to Tantalum and El Torito.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

The whole staff is amazing & professional. The store is very neat and tidy which makes it easy to find everything you need and want.

Friendly staff & helpful to everyone. Security greets upon entry. Clean and spacious for social distancing. Shoe dept is little less than half the store which is a plus for me, options options, options for the family

Not only do they have the best selection of shoes and fashionable clothing in town don't ignore the 'impulse aisle' while you're waiting to check out. What with the demise of local electronic stores Nordstrom's Rack has a surprising selection of cell phone and audio accessories. Plus the sales associates, such as the helpful Ryan, are happy to assist you.

Helpful, pleasant and professional staff. The environment felt very safe with all customers and associates in masks. The store itself was spotless with continuous cleaning occurring.
