Ralphs Fresh Fare

I DONT USUALLY SHOP AT RALPHS. BUT I DID TODAY. AND WOW NICE BIG STORE. ILL DEFINITELY COME BACK. CASHIERS WERE REALLY NICE. WENT TO BUY WONS TONS AND DUMPLINGS. ALSO GREEN GRAPES BIG NICE AND JUICEY

This five star is for their cake and cupcakes. Freshly made at a great price. Their customer service is top notch. A dozen for $9 and a whole cake for $20. I have gotten $200 cakes for birthdays and $45 cupcakes from bakery. This beats all the other ones!

Would like to acknowledge the fine customer service provided by Dominic, who took the time to help me locate Frozen Cauliflower Bites. He stayed with me until I found them…had gone to another store that showed item online. When asked help from their store manager, I was told their system does not tell them what items are carried in their store(???!) I left another item that I had also intended to purchase, but left without it. I will not spend my money at stores with poor customer service.
Ralph’s has exceeded my expectations in the customer service aspect! Thank you Dominic, Seal Beach Store.

Incredible selection.

Easy parking.

Very nice, clean, and fully stocked. I stopped to get two large bottles of coffee creamer, some avocados, shredded cheese, and to grab a few quick pick lottery tickets from the self serve machine...which most stores machine don't work. Plenty of parking, and no wait to check out at all. A+

If you can't resist cookies, stay away! Otherwise, you'll love the huge assortment of frosted cookies, perfect for holiday parties.

There is a closer Ralph's to my home but I travel a little further to come here. Two words, olive bar! I have never left this Ralph's without hitting up the olive bar. So many delicious options and not just olives. They also have an awesome cheese selection here that not many stores have. I like to try a new cheese everytime I go. They also give out samples of different cheeses. Big, clean store and friendly staff will keep me coming back for sure! And olives......and cheese.

They have a lot of different things and also have fresh fruit trays,sea food trays ready to eat and other stuff, just come and try...

I love this supermarket. I use digital coupons plus weekly coupons . I have tried online delivery and pick-up im not a fan on both of them i had bad experience with it they gave me expired groceries. I rather shop for my own and know its not expired

My new rewarding job is to Assist Special Needs young to middle age adults. This one of the finest Ralph's store I have the pleasure of doing my rewarding help to others. I give it a 5 Stars

I love this Ralph's! Ive been here as early as 630am and late as 1am. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Aisles are kept clean.
I just discovered they have a recycling ctr in the back which is awesome idea and not an eye sore.
Their pick up service in the back is always fast, so convenient, amd super friendly members!

I've always found what I needed at this location. Aisles are nice and stocked, staff is friendly. Nice big parking lot also, and the restrooms are clean.

Nice, big, clean Ralph’s. Good stock selection. it’s a large store, in a nice area. Lots of other shops nearby. Prices are about average. No complaints, they do a good job.

Although there are some standouts, it's hard to give just one person a compliment... the customer service here is so fantastic! I have never had anything that ever turned into an issue because their response is prompt and friendly. This store, is very well run.

My experience with this store started very disappointing, but when I addressed it with their store manager, I was quickly won over by her level of professionalism, empathy and true care for her customers. When i made it back to the store on my next visit and Tom, who is one of the store managers right hand man blew me away with his kindness, courtesy and genuine concern. I'm a loyal customer for life mainly because this store is so luxurious annow i know it is being managed by the finest team out there. Ralph's is lucky to have Tom and Teri. Thank you both.

Appreciate 6 am shopping with covid precautions. Great organic and vegan choices. Employees helpful, efficient and courteous beyond call of duty, especially NICK this morning who explained to this senior how to access the digital coupons which saved me a LOT of money this morning. THANK YOU!!

Good customer service. An employee who I won't name let me slide and use more 1 more coupon than the 5 coupon per product limit so I can get their buy 6 save $3 deal. Which was cool because if I was only able to use five my bill would have been three more dollars due to not having $6.

Very large, clean Ralphs with a wide selection of beer and wine. The deli staff are always really helpful and the produce section always looks fresh. There are four self checkouts too which can help cut down wait times in line.

Ralph's is my favorite grocery store and this one is my favorite "large" Ralph's. It's probably 30% larger than the one by my house that I go to most of the time. And while the one by me is great and has most of the things I buy most often, this has more of everything (so less likely to be out of stock) and has some things my local Ralphs doesn't. And as always, plenty of open checkout lanes so that it never takes long to get through.
