Big Lots is like a Cracker Jack box or a box of chocolate, you never know WHAT you're gonna get! I found the cutest clock for my Adult daughter's bedroom. We are redecorating her bathroom in beach theme I got a couple signs that were 1/2 off. I even grabbed a bag of Sour Patch popcorn for my son.

Big Lots is a fantastic place to get my toiletries and parchment paper and other household items at a great price.

Whether in California or Arizona, Big Lots is my spot👍🏼

My Tells me that Big Lots was going out of business and that the store would be having killer sales.

Very reasonable prices. Also an excellent amount of products. Checking out is very quick and the professional employees are very awesome for each and every needed assistance I had to request! The employees were 100% dedicated with my needs and every time my needs were excellently supported and completed every time. Every employee is awesomely professional and hugely dedicated to our needs and assistance! This facility is very clean and has great support of COVID SAFETY!

Update; I love Biglots. Everyone I’ve visited have everything I’m looking for and reasonably price. I was desperately looking for lawn chairs and was on a time schedule (Carson Store) I surfed the net to see if could find some not so expensive, I couldn’t. You would think it was a shortage of them. I went in the .99 cent only store they didn’t have any, so I just happened to see a Big lots next door and boom! They had colors I wasn’t looking for, lavender, @ 7.99 ea, they were strong, look pretty durable and was equipped with cup holder. I was really impressed. I’ve furnished my apts with their furniture throughout the years. Sofas, rugs, butcher’s block, bakers rack, towels, chafing dishes, comforters of decent quality lasting years. Waiting on my dresser today, it’s not expensive but looks nice. My go to one stop store.

Went in last night 9/18/21 around 8pm the guy who rang me up was the nicest person didn't get his name but very helpful!!! In the other hand the lady fixing up the store or putting things up seemed to be annoyed when i asked if they sold scrapbooking supplies in the past I had purchase so much stuff from other big lots stores. But thanks to the guy who went an extra mile to show me the different thermo bowls they get a 5 stars

Considering it looks and feels like a Zombie Apocalypse movie out here. I got lucky and 2 call in right when they got a shipment of toilet paper and paper towels! Which believe me lasted all of about 2 seconds. The workers here kept it in order, kept the peace and we're really friendly and nice. And they kept everybody informed every step of the way it was cool. Two gloved thumbs way up for Big Lots!! 😁

It's a great place to save and you can find almost everything there

I was in this place a few days ago and I must say the customer service is awesome. Their staff is constantly networking. One guy that was sweeping put his broom down helped another cashier to get the line-out the door and then went back to his sweeping, nice young man.
Another man there I think his name was Anthony, went out and got me a cart after noticing that my hands was full. As we all do. I only went in the store for one item, coconut oil.
This store has some really good prices, on many items that I have seen in other places.
I will be returning back to the store for the customer service and for the pricing.

I have always liked Big Lots but not usually a fan of their customer service. But I have officially changed my mind. The last two times I have been in, I have been very impressed especially with The Store Team Leader Ryan, who I am assuming is the Store Manager. A week ago, I had a complicated return and he was walking by and took over to make it easier for me and his his cashier. I really appreciated it because I was already dreading being hassled. He was pleasant and even helped me with other stuff in his store. He seems like an introvert but he was super proffessional and comes off very genuine.
Additionally his in stock conditions were empressive since I came in the day after black Friday. Store was fully stocked, neat and organized.
Today I went in again and store was busy, Ryan again was on the salesfloor helping customers and engaging his associates. Nice to see such attention to the customer experience! Thank you. Please recognize Ryan and his team. They are definitely winning the holidays!

Love this place. Perfect for bachelors like myself and moms as well. Staff is helpfu,l friendly, and knowledgeable. Always new stock arriving, and availability changes. So if you really like something, get it now. The next shipment may be different, or manufacturers may never offer it again.

This is the best Big lots the store was stocked it's far from where I live but well worth the drive the big lots close by has nothing in there

Friendly folks and a good place to buy some snacks or candy. Sometimes certain snacks are that are about to expire in a month or so are on sale down to like ¢25! I got some cookies and orange juice for ¢50 today. So if you go often enough you might find good deals like those.
