Catering did an awesome job with the trays they prepared for us. Vernus was super friendly. She had our order on time. The folks who received this treat were very pleased with the look snd taste of the sandwiches.

Love this chain store. Went to Johnstone supply to pick up some parts for a furnace repair I was doing. Stopped in to grab some eggs, 2for $5... Good deal for eggs right now, and had to grab a couple boxes of butter cookies for $.99 cents. Original price $9.99. just saying, great deals all the time and don't forget to download the app. For rewards and even more savings. Same great store, same great prices.

Had great experience at Roosevelt & Ashland location today, last evening of current sale. I was able to get everything I went to buy. Produce staff went in back and brought out 2 items that weren't stocked at regular place. He brought out the best looking lemons I've ever seen at this location. The produce staff members are always friendly, helpful, and polite. I'll be back soon.

Just went to get my son a Birthday Card and a lint brush because my FROSTEE cat hair sheds everywhere....❤❤

When it comes to Jewel-Osco, this is one of the best.

The store is clean and usually well stocked. During a few of the snow storms, this is a place that will still have paper products available.

During our last visit they had some freezers ripped out, so I assume they are upgrading that area.

The lines to check out are better than other Jewel-Osco locations, but still worse than other brand grocery stores. I don't think Jewel is ever going to be the best at having enough cashiers, it doesn't seem to be part of their business model.

The prices are fairly inexpensive and the shelves stay stocked pretty well. It is kind of a hidden gem because most people do not want to be in this area. We haven't had any issues with safety, but we also tend to not go to the store alone.

Great place to shop for good produce and local brands. Huge store too. Great selection of baked goods as well.

The Jewel on Roosevelt off of Ashland avenue is an excellent store. The employees are great.. the products are excellent the produce is fresh they have name brand and lesser brand products and they're all very good the managers are excellent have great attitudes. And I can see that the professionalism and all the employees is there. Maybe some might disagree with me I'm an older guy and I know that we have to give leeway and understanding to people. When I was a child my mom and dad used to go to Jewel when it was on Cermak off of Wolcott. A person is going to pay a little bit more than your average grocery store but it's worth it at Jewel because they have always had excellent products.

Great I was doing an Uber shop and pay it was fast and easy for the 8 items I needed and any substitute were available for out of stock items

Huge space for parking. You can make payment by yourself. It'll save time.

They got the beat grilled chicken. 8 pieces for $7.99. You can’t miss it. There are always so many people shopping here, long line for checking out.

Clean store, you can always find great deals. I like that they have baked goods specials at entrance and their fruit display at first glance. Everything is fresh. Ready to go meals very nice selection. Cashier's at register are cordial however the self checkout clerks need a little customer service training. Overall experience is nice

Excellent atmosphere that had most things and even an entrepreneur with his own products in store.

I love jewel.. they're always having a sale on items I frequent.
Their deli department can improve on their attitude and how they speak to the customers but that's it
