The Walgreens on Cermak and Wolcott is a great store to shop at in my opinion. The cashiers perform their duties in a good manner; altogether they do well. The store manager on the first shift Javier, is real cool. He's professional and has a great attitude and sets the pace for his team. He's focused on his job and multi tasks managing, supervising his team, stocking merchandise, and keeping an eye on the activities of his store. He greets you well making you feel welcome. He pays attention to you, goes out of his way always ready to help you find something if you need it. Albeit he doesn't have to do a lot of the things he does in his store he sets an example to others and thereby he's a true leader rather than a "BOSS" I always prefer to follow a LEADER as opposed to taking orders from a Boss.

I went in for a Co-Vid 19 booster shot, and to pick up medication today, and the pharmacy staff was very helpful and professional. They were very attentive and treated me with the upmost respect. I was in and out of there promptly. My experience was great. Susie and Angie are the absolute best. They treated me as if I was very important, and I appreciate that. Thank you for hiring such awesome employees. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Had to get a passport photo last minute. Staff were super helpful and kind, extremely quick!

I came in today and the checkout line was longer than usual. Two employees came to the front and opened 2 more lanes (to move the line along). I really appreciate the initiative the staff took to help the customers. I was able to get in and out at a reasonable time. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. Your team is amazing 🙂

I went to the pharmacy to get some medicine for my Dad also my daughter had to get some medicine for her and Rosie took care of us. I was so pleased with how she took care of us she was very kind, very helpful and very professional. Walgreens should have more people like her working for the Walgreens pharmacy.

Walgreens have everything you need. There are some stores who do not carry liquor at all. Walgreens is a good store to just look for some amazing stuff!

I needed a prescription filled within 10 minutes since they were closing on a Tuesday night and I was ill. The pharmacist who answered the phone was so kind and filled it in less than 10. I am so grateful. Thank you!
