A soft drinks lovers place of pure joy. The selection of fountain soda is wide and perfectly calibrated. The amount of variety of soft drinks in the cooler is impressive. The staff is friendly energetic and knowledge. The store is clean and smells fresh. They offer a wide range of perishable food. If you.forgot an item for an overnight stay they have it. Reasonable pricing for downtown. They always have soft drink specials tie 2 for 3 etc. Attend!!!!!

The cashiers are not very attentive and it feels rushed. It gets crowded (a college is nearby) and there's often a wait. This being said, it's a convenience store. I recommend going to the 7/11 about a block north at Wacker Pl and Wabash - there's a larger, better selection there, including a Farmer's Fridge.

Sketchy and cramped, they had a bunch of drinks stacked up in the middle of the store so people were having to squeeze around those to get through the store. Also some aggressive homeless people seem to hang out here.

I had the same experience others have mentioned. A homeless person asked for food and they charged me for more things. Should be shut down. To take advantage of the people trying to help others out… that’s pretty low

Prices are higher at the register when the posted price is much lower. A "$1.59" Big Gulp is actually $2.49

BE CAREFUL! They will rob you here!!! Bunch of scammers. They work with the men who hang outside the store pretending to be homeless. First these men will ask you for money and then for food. My husband agreed to buy him a slice of pizza and before he could blink the 711 workers gave him a bunch of other stuff including $18 pack of cigarettes. Bunch of scammers and thieves. I rather pay the $10 water at the hotel next time.
