Ashley Store

The business was amazing! Immaculate sales floor, amazing presentation, attentive and thoughtful sales associates! We walked in with a few ideas in mind, and Kyla greeted us, showed us comparable pieces to the ones we found on the website, and even invited us to their presidents day sales event! We decided on our furniture at the event, and purchasing was a breeze! Everyone was friendly, and Kyla got us an amazing deal - knowing we were a family of 4 on a budget. I can't wait to see how the furniture holds out over the next few years!

Patty is wonderful. She helped my brother with his Purple mattress purchase and his sectional. She truly took time and care with helping him chose the base he wanted and helping him find what he wanted based on what he likes and dislikes about furniture all while considering his budget. He loved his so much my husband and I decided to purchase a Purple mattress as well. He is older and I have back issues and we are having the best night's sleep we could have. Patty is full of product knowledge and is very sweet and gets excited about our purchase also. If you go into Ashley, be sure to ask for her! You won't regret it.

Super helpful and kind! Even stayed past closing to help my fiancé and myself to buy our first couch!😁 not even that but the prices are great and they really do a great job at staying within your budget. I definitely recommend checking them out if you are looking for some new or used furniture!

We met with Kristen Eudell twice. She was so patient with us and very professional. She’s also very personable, and that is one of the things that brought us back to your store. We had a very good experience and can’t wait to get our new furniture!

My wife and I visited this store during their presidents day sale. We were helped by Kristen, and she was extremely helpful. The only down side is that we were not able to leave with a couch or bed, both had to be ordered and delivered. This was our first experience with a furniture store so this might be normal in today's world but it caught us by suprize. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Can't remember his name but the gentleman that helped me was very kind. I didn't find what I went in there for but he was very helpful in helping me find other items that were on sale for good prices which includes some wall accent frames, living room rug and very comfy pillow which I'll be back for some other pillows that we're cooling pillows that seemed incredibly great! I recommend the Ashley store in Liverpool cause of this guy(wish I knew his name). Store was clean, organized and friendly staff. I'll be back. Doesn't hurt to go in for a quick look, u never know, u might just find something! Or a few things.. they do have a great selection of clearance section in the back too.

I was struggling to find the perfect couch. One we previously found did not fit our living area so we decided to go to Ashley instead to keep searching for the perfect couch. There we met Dan who was very helpful and showed us couches specific to our needs and budget. Not long after, we found our perfect couch for a great price. Thank you to Dan who helped us with our purchase and informed us on everything we needed to know !

We walked in and we were greeted immediately. Explained what we were looking for and why and we were immediately taken back to a couch that had just been put on clearance. The salesman Tim was amazing and was very accommodating to our unique situation.

The sales consultant was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I enjoyed feeling informed without feeling pushed or pressured. I was also pleased to find out that you price match!

Great customer service and the sale prices were very reasonable. We purchased MORE than we planned because Dan spent the time to talk through our needs, show us options, and applied some sale pricing. Our experience was so positive that we called the competitor where we had placed an order and canceled that and bought the item from Ashley instead.

Great service by Kristen Eudell, who made furniture shopping fun! She listened, knew her inventory, and helped us pick out the perfect piece, and it didn't take all afternoon or multiple visits.

I was shopping for new bedroom furniture and Patty was the sales person that helped me. She answered all of my questions to the best of her knowledge and went to management for any questions she wasn’t 100% sure about. She was not pushy and allowed me time to browse the store and make my decision, without following me around like a watch dog. I will be buying more furniture from Ashley again in the near future!

Thanks to AnnMarie I got a great deal as well! She was fantastic in helping me pick out a table and chairs for my dining room.

Kyle smoke is such a great sales person and she’s a very nice person. I just bought myself another bedroom set from their store and thequality the furniture is wonderful too and they’re very nice people there reasonable prices I recommend anybody to go there and she’ll take great care of you Kyle smoke thank you.

Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, but not pushy. They were there to answer questions, but didn't follow me around like a used car salesman. Much appreciated - an enjoyable experience and I found exactly what I wanted. Thank you.

The staff were so nice. Let us browse without hovering over us! Got a great deal on our furniture! This our second purchase as this store and we will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful experience shopping at Ashley Furniture in Liverpool. Sales associate Kristen was amazing and helpful every step of the way.
