Michaels

I can find everything I need in this store and it doesn't necessarily need to be for crafting. I've found leather glue for repairing a purse, different markers for marking on fabric and metal. Michael's has it all. Plus they usually have a coupon off at the register! I highly recommend this store!!

We went in to browse around while we waited to get a table at the BLVD next door.

The store was super clean and well put together. Our 6 year old daughter loved seeing all of the craft items and kits, she wanted everything lol. We didn't end up buying anything this time, but it did look like they were well stocked and had good quality looking items for crafts and arts.

You will find just about anything you're looking for regarding your crafting and projects. Just tried the But Online, Pick up In Store feature and it was fast, efficient and very well organized too!
This store is always clean and well stocked in my experience.

I mean, it's Michael's, right? It's awesome! So many craft options, holiday decorations, yarn, flowers, etc. It's also a great place to get picture frames. Don't forget to look online for coupons before you check out, there are almost always good deals.

Staff helped me find exactly what I needed. The cashier was kind and talked with me about my project. Glad that this store has wonderful staff and just the stuff I needed.

Great place to start out at Michaels but I had to move to Richfield. Staff are nice and informative. Favorite section? Fine Arts

The staff here are SO nice and helpful. They work so hard, are friendly, and you can tell they are short staffed. This is by far my favorite Michaels store.

Nice store that has everything ART , very educated employees that are on top of their job. They go up to everyone in the store and ask if they need help. .and you can tell them what your working on and they can suggest to you what you need. .and when the line gets long they are quick to open more registers to keep the wait time minimal.
Strongly recommend .

Tons of supplies for arts and crafts, adhesives, random other things. Quick in and out, just wish there were more locations..

When I couldn't find what I wanted the staff knew off the top of their head what I was looking for and what other store would have it, and where it was in the other store. I'm actually shocked at how knowledgeable they were. Thank you for helping me!

I went here for fabric dye and they had what I needed. They actually had a really great selection and stocked the dye for polyester/ harder-to-dye fabrics. They even had some fine tip black fabric markers that I really hope do the trick!

We had a Bev. Doolittle puzzle framed. Unfortunately the supplier sent a similar but not the same as the sample in the Store. The supervisor agreed and had us select another frame at no charge. That is customer service!
Too bad manufactures or distributors don't respond the same.

Angie in the custom frame area is amazing. She was friendly, approachable and kind. She provided excellent customer service and was positively a delight to work with. Thanks for helping me. I will come back and I will refer others to this store.

Bunch of overpriced nonsense. 4/7/18, updating review to 5 stars due to Brian in the framing department. He's helpful, knowledgeable, focuses on the customer's needs and ensuring the colors work, etc. Awesome experience and LOVE my newly framed art. He can be detailed or quick.. and above all, patient. Other customers can spend up to an hour deciding, which, personally, would drive me insane but he understands the importance of making the right choice. Definitely recommend.
