The UPS Store

5 stars for Ashley, the employee at the Napa UPS store, who assisted me on 2/15/24 with notary and shipping needs. She was polite, efficient and acknowledged each customer (most making Amazon returns) without delaying helping me.

I was trying to return an Amazon item that I didn't want. The clerk was very helpful. She gave me the phone number for Amazon customer service. She was very polite & helpful.

Very very helpful. I came into the USPS store many times but never this location. Jackson was able to quickly help me, find a box that fit my item, even packed it up for me and the box i was recommended at another store cost me more money and he was able to find me a better priced box. I am more than happy!! Thank you very much. Made my night!

Customer service was wonderful. Herron was very kind and super helpful with a tricky Amazon return.

On the way to the airport and CRUNCHED for time, we got the perfect box to check the 6 bottles I bought, including: plenty of Fragile stickers and stickers that say "Keep Upright," all included with the box. Didn't catch her name, but she taped it up so fast and perfect. We were actually worried about missing my flight and she did it incredibly fast. Southwest was so impressed with whoever packaged it, said it was the best job anyone has ever done.

Will be using them the next time I have to fly from Napa back to LA.

Max, Andrew, and Kristie are all very helpful and always quick to get you in and out. They are always welcoming and willing to handle shipping needs. The store is spacious so I never feel crowded in there even when there are several people with packages waiting, unlike some of the small mail centers I used to use.

Tess was extremely helpful to me today. I was lost and she asked the right questions. Thanks Tess!!

It was awful. The manger was rude and condescending and continually blamed other employees. In addition, she gave me incorrect shipping information and pricing. She was like that to every customer in there. I would not only demote her from manager, but fire her. I will not return to store until she is gone. The people at the downtown Napa store are wonderful. As they should be when in customer service.

They charge you $5 to use the computer even though you don’t even use the computer to print plus money for copies. The employee literally logs onto the computer and prints it for you. So you pay for their employee to use their own computer, quite scammy. The other UPS store in Napa is so much better, nicer employee, no wait. This store is ROUGH.
