The UPS Store

The UPS store in Plymouth (off Vicksburg) is running a great ship! I’ve been a mailbox holder there for more than seven years and enter their store three to five times a week. I use their shipping service weekly to points all over the U.S. and I routinely have copies and prints made, documents notarized, and pick up shipments receive on my behalf. They’ve consistently done a great job, but the crew they have right now is absolutely first rate! They’re friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, professional, helpful and willing to seek solutions if they don’t know the answers, caring, pleasant, and just all-around fantastic humans! I adore them and recommend their services to anyone who needs them! You simply cannot go wrong with these folks and I trust them with all of my shipping and business support needs.

This store is one of the nicest and friendliest UPS store's I've ever worked with! I ship a lot of odd shapes and sizes of boxes for work and the whole staff there is amazing! A++++

I went to this UPS store with a moderately complex task, and because I have a profound hearing loss I worried about making my needs clear. The Indian (my assumption) lady at the counter was wonderful! She hand wrote me updates as she went through each process. A truly great customer experience.

Holly at this UPS store was one of the best customer service reps I have had the pleasure of dealing with and I'm in an industry of customer service so I know a good one when I see one! She walked me through the entire process of me getting an address for my business in a more metro location. She was patient and thoroughly walked me through the entire process. She is the face of this company and I will continue to do business with UPS at Clay's store because he hires great people that make my stressful mail situation a pleasant one! Thanks again!

I mail A LOT of packages because my kids live in different states & this is my go to way of sending them things, I do the gift wrapping and they do the packaging. Everything arrives in perfect condition and in a timely manner. The one time a birthday gift for my grandson arrived later than the delivery date i was given they refunded my money. Amazing. Staff is beyond helpful. Truly a wonderful place to do business.

I went in there to mail a package I hadn't quite taped up since I ran out of packing tape. I had intentions of buying a roll of tape they sell, but they were out of stock. The worker didn't hesitate and she provided some tape for me and soon enough, the package was left with them and I was on my way. Fantastic job as always UPS.

This is a great UPS Store. I drop off packages here quiet often and they are fast, professional and friendly. I am never in there more than a minute or two, then back to my car and on my way. Thank you for your wonderful service! :)

Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick.

Very helpful and quick yesterday, despite a large line. I needed an application notarized, and when you do, the notary scans your ID for their records. I told the notary I also needed to submit a photocopy of my ID for this application, and he made a second copy and gave it to me at no extra charge. Good notary services are harder to find during the pandemic, and this store has historically been very helpful with other services as well. I definitely recommend this location!

The crew at this UPS store are helpful, knowledgeable and speedy. I often send them emails with attached art references that I use to doing pet oil paintings from. They make them the size I request and print them and I pick up. Very handy for me. Thanks guys.

Clay and his crew did a fantastic job handling a delicate claim on a Christmas gift mailed to my mom in Texas. He was extremely responsive and helpful in filing the paperwork and kept me apprised of the progress of the claim. Outstanding customer service. Will definitely use his store in the future. Clay is an asset to UPS for sure!

The staff at this UPS location have always been friendly and helpful. On my most recent visit the gentleman went our of his way to help me with a packaging solution. They ease the burden of shipping logistics and I appreciate their service.
