Family Dollar

They have the best crew working at this location again! Quit bringing people who are not used to being around "us" to the store to "train" the one's who are familiar with working with different cultures and ethnicities. That's my advice and spiel for upper management,. Even though I'm certain they don't care about reality and are only worried about their bottom line.

This is the biggest, cleanest and most organized Family Dollar I have ever visited. I found the items I was looking for very quickly. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

They’ve got a gentleman who’s working there who I would definitely want working at my store if I owned one. He’s outgoing and friendly; he greets everybody that comes in. He’s got a sense of humor, and he’s managing his customers as if he was one of them. I can only imagine what it’s like to have a job that probably pays minimum wage. He’s having to deal with stressed out shoppers and people who may be on edge having to work multiple jobs. Yet his attitude is positive and the bar his coworkers should strive to reach. Sure the store was picked over a little bit, and some items were sold out. Still my experience was so good that I’m writing about it three weeks later.

I just wish I could recall the tall black man’s name. Give him a raise!

Always friendly staff. And they usually always have what I need. Easy in and out. Love that! :)

Enjoyable atmosphere for a quick stop always greeted by cashier upon entering this clean & organized Family Dollar Store. Friendly & professional staff, even when dealing with short fuse customers (seen it happen) when everyone wants to be checked out @ once. Highly recommend for those w/ 5 items (less) list.

I arrived at the location just a second ago and I was welcomed with the warmest greeting ever. When I finally made my way to the check out line I met a young woman by the name of Mrs. Shan. At the time of my checkout, her line began to get long and instead of becoming frustrated she kept a smile and was very nice. She was really great at multitasking and made sure to service the other waiting guest.

This was the best customer service experience I’ve had thus far. Thank you Mrs. Shan and you deserve a promotion!

There was a girl there working at 830 this morning (1/21/20) that was very pleasant and polite. She made a difference in my life happiness level today! She He was patient when I checked my account, transferred money to buy sunglasses. Nice woman, nice store, pretty smile.( I'm happily married, and I meant that in the kindest way possible.). I do not mean for great attitude to be confused with good looks. They're different. She has them both.

I was so surprised the gentleman working the cashier was the only person running the register but he was so pleasant and they have it set up so that custovtgmers are safe as well as the employees and he had me download an app that save me even more money my sister told me to go to the store because there are things there that you can get right now during the pandemic that you can't find anywhere else and if you buy the right things and use their app for Good coupons you can save a lot of money he was so pleasant it made my morning and the store save me from having to make three additional trips to three different stores

The store is one of the newer locations and always has everything you need. The staff are usually very friendly and helpful if you have a question. It is on a busier street so traffic can be an issue occasionally but it is not bad.

Love this family dollar, sometimes cluttered but the employees do everything they can to restock. Kevin is Amazing has been there for years, has great customer service skills and is always willing to help!

Have shopped at this store for several years because of the convenient location. Most of the employees are always pleasant. Recently the store underwent an expansion so the selection of products is excellent.

I like people that work at night. They're definitely more relaxed. Good store

I go to The Family Dollar Store regularly. I know where just about every single Family Dollar Store is. Dollar General used to be my "Go To" store to save lots of money but they've gone up on their prices, kind of like Walmart did. I can save so much money shopping here on all kinds of things. Today I bought a thick pack of facial cleansers with green tea, chamomile, etc., in them for $1.00. At Thom Thumb that would cost me $6.50. Walmart $4.50 to $5.00 and it's the same thing! Nail clippers, good ones, $1.00. I saw a great pair of black women's ankle tie boots
Sturdy and well made...$12.50!? Why pay $2.00 for Khors Noodles when I can buy them here for $1.00? I love their running pants, capri pants and T-Shirts, $5.00 to $9.00. Nice pants, $12.50, sometimes $8.00. Their brand of toilet paper (exactly like Scott's), $2.50 for a 4 pack. At the end of the day all of the savings really add up. I also bought half a pack of Fig Newtons for $1.65. At Tom Thumb a whole back is $4.25. CVS $4.19. That's their regular price. Cereal is so much cheaper here! They are really worth the the shopping effort.

This is the largest Family Dollar that I have visited. Fully stock with everything from clothing, toys, Easter as well as a vast selection of groceries.

This Family Dollar store is the well stocked, friendly & very helpful! It's easy to get into & out! Great staff!
