Beverly's Ace Hardware

I came in with an issue on my lawn mower and was instantly greeted by a store associate named Reid. Reid did a great job of trying to help me find the right fuel line to replace my old one with.

After some hesitancy on my part, Jason came along to assist with Reid and myself on deciding on the correct part. Although the store was going to close within the next hour, Jason suggested that I could go home and grab my lawn mower, and he would make sure I got the correct part and that everything was working.

After about 20-30 min. of working hands on with my lawn mower, Jason was able to help me get the new and correct fuel line on and make sure it was done right. I can't recommend this location enough for the helpfulness and genuine care they gave today.

I went to purchase a Greenworks lawnmower and Reid was very helpful. He helped me with every question I had and did me a favor. Thank you to him and Beverly’s ace.

There’re two conflicting reviews, this is my observation.
Totally agree this is the biggest Ace I’ve ever seen.
A gentleman at the center counter told me:
There’re having supply chain issue:
Their warehouse in Gainesville is closed, they’re relying on Alabama, hence some of the stuff are not available (how does that draw conclusions of closing the store?)
Isn’t it true that everyone is having supply chain issues?

I was able to find a 40 watt fluorescent starter on their website. They were short handed and I had a bit of a problem finding it but ask for help and the guy was able to find my part. Works great and all is good. With holidays and much illness I can understand the inability to fully staff. Nice people!

Hardware with Hallmark. They had a good selection of larger items like Egg and Traeger but were sold out of Lodge, which is why I came in. But no big deal it’s the holidays. A lot of items seemed to be sold out on the Hallmark side. But I will be back to see if they restock!
