It was a very pleasant experience. The. Pharmacist was very kind and professional. I was in and out without an excessively long wait . It is a very pleasant place to shop with kind, helpful staff.

Teresa and Ben were very helpful in refunding me the amount of an online order which I initially purchased at the CVS Thompson Bridge store! Thompson Bridge CVS would not refund me the amount from the online order because they said I did not have a receipt. I appreciate the knowledge and expertise of the manager Ben and employee Teresa at the Park Hill store who were able to get this straightened out for me. Thank you!!!

This place blows the competition down the hill out of the water. Ben was a huge help with photo printing and membership. He went out of his way to take care of my issue. Nice, clean, well stocked store. Thumbs up!

Pharmacists are absolutely amazing. They work very hard and always seem busy, yet you never get attitude or have to wait long like other pharmacies. This is the only place that knows how to work around my shotty pregnancy insurance. 10/10 highly recommend!

The Pharmacy staff and checkout folks today were the definition of grace and professionalism under fire. Thank you for our Covid and flu vaccines, and photo services.

They have a wide variety and range to satisfy anyone's needs, and are always polite when they're giving any customer care services. Most of the time the workers have smiles on their face and are willing to help with any questions or concerns regarding the facility. If there is a problem, it's usually handled in a proper and timely manner that pleases both parties involved, and if your not satisfied they will bring in a manager and then it's resolved pretty quickly. You usually won't leave unhappy, or feeling like you haven't been taken care of. I plan to take my services to them when I am in need of what they have to offer.

This is absolutely the WORST cvs I’ve ever been to. They are all very rude. I go to ask a question about a medication and they are all like no I’m not answering that sense your child is only 19 months when clearly I had a simple question about the medication and not my child taking it! She kept cutting me off. The manager standing around doing nothing when I had them page him to check and make sure
the medication was NOT expired like all the other 10 I looked at in the shelves and Linda said we can’t technically sale this to you but do you want it like really?

This review is just to offset Paul Stanley’s review. Giving the pharmacy a 1 star review cause a guy was killed in the parking lot is ridiculous. People need to stay strapped and be ready for anything anywhere. If you quit going to every place anything has ever popped off at, then you would be sitting at your house hoping nothing happened there. Don’t be scared, be ready. Carry a weapon and be prepared to use it instead of hiding from these trashy thugs and be ready to give it back to em. I guess no one should go to the dermatologist on enota cause a guy went in there with a gun or the local huddle house or the McDonald’s on Thompson bridge cause some idiot discharged a gun in their parking lot. Come on, man!

Pharmacists Lisa and Matt went above and beyond to help straighten out a pain med issue that my husband had after being released from 2 weeks in the ICU. Best customer service we have ever experienced hands down! Thank you Lisa and Matt!!

The Manager and Staff were so helpful and patient as I tried to learn to upload my photos. They were patient, and very friendly to everyone who came in the store.

The pharmacist went out of her way to help me find the over counter drug I needed and explained it to me! What service! Clean and organized store.

All kinds of sales if you have the CVS value card. Saw some things 50 percent off. I like the Arizonia tea and they were by one get one so a dollar for two .good value

The employees are very friendly and they go the extra mile to help customers. I was there only to buy a chunky candy bar and they treated me like I was making a major and expensive purchase! Wow!😲
