AT&T Store

Best location ever! My dog almost ate my phone. So I walk in and ask the first person I see which was Charlene. She was so nice. Definitely provided some ease to mind knowing she got me covered. Very clean. Quick service! 😊

I had an outstanding experience with Charlene A. and her AT&T team. Charlene's expertise and friendly aura made my visit a breeze. Her team worked seamlessly to meet my needs, and I left the store with everything I needed handled. Highly recommend/ask for her.

The other day I came in to not only to trade my phone - but switch my carrier. I was sort of nervous because I’ve never really done this but one of your employees, Charlene, made sure to take care of everything! She educated me on devices, what incentives AT&T has to offer, and the latest tech features! Charlene was also patient and sweet. She truly made me have a pleasant experience.

Was a little hesitant to go into a atnt store as I never had much luck with different locations. To my surprise I was pleasantly greeted by hard working staff who had answers to any question I could’ve thought off. Two of the workers who were there, Beto and Charlene, gave me hope with atnt. I was steps away from switching carriers completely. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and well rounded. You could tell these two take pride in their jobs! As long as this atnt location is around and these two still work there, i’ll be with atnt forever!

Beto was kind and helpful. People should learn how to set up their own phone though so the reps can help more people. But phenomenal service.

I had mixed feeling on going to the AT&T store, as the three time I had go previously were unpleasant experiences for me , but this all changed when I entered the store, and was greater by Mr. Ramon Vega. What a pleasant way to be welcomed into the store. He then walked me through the phones that might meet my budget, and looked at some of the holders that would work for me. All and all I was very pleased to talk with Ramon. He was kind, and helpful. He made me feel like I was a valued AT&T customer. I've been with AT&T for over 20 yrs, and I've been told I'm a Loyalty Customer, and today Ramon made me feel like one.

Great experience. My daughter got her first phone! Romen was so helpful and made it a fun experience for her! He kind of helped me play it off that the phone wasn't for her at first so we could surprise her. Thanks for a great fast experience!

Great experience! I had gone into this location twice, Austin assisted us the first time and helped us trade our phones in. He was courteous and patient. I would recommend him to anyone! Both he and Chris attempted to assist us wiping one of the phones out and unfortunately we had to do it with Apple. Once we were able to get the phone wiped, I headed back to the store. I tried to get there right when it opened at 9, not realizing it didn't open until 10. I saw someone in the store, tried the door and it was locked. Chris Grissette, the manager, was the gentleman in the store. He came to the door to ask what I needed and I explained I just needed to return the phone for the trade in. Even though they didn't open for another hour, he was so helpful and let me stay to return the phone. Thank you Chris for giving me a great experience. The West Chicago store on North Avenue will be the only store we visit now. You can see great leadership from Chris and that also trickled down to his staff. Thank you both for making getting new phones, which I hate doing, so simple and stress free.
