Top shelf service from Debbie at the store today. Buying my first non-bigbox pair of athletic shoes she was really helpful. Started with a machine analyzing my feet. Then I must have have tried on 6-7 different shoes before getting a perfect fit. Not cheap getting out of here but I left happy.

Debbie was amazing. She helped me out to find my hotspots, balance, size and width. She listened to me and my concerns, and really made sure I left the store with the right shoes. She probably pulled out 12 different pairs of shoes for me to try on. I've never gotten service like this for shoes before. It was also busy at the time, and she handled the rush with grace and didn't make me feel like I was being forgotten, or like I was being rushed out of the store. A week later, I'm still thinking about it. And I absolutely love the shoes I left with, they're perfect. Absolutely stellar service, and I'd recommend this store to anyone.

Amazing staff, super helpful, super knowledgeable. Big selection of shoes to cater every need. I have flapjacks for feet, they’re so flat footed, and Jude was able to find the perfect pair for me.

I went to this store specifically to try and find a comfortable running shoe to ease me back into running. The man who helped me let me try on 25+ pairs and was happy to do so. The customer service was beyond anything I could have imagined . I will forever go to this store for any running supplies. Outstanding.

Impressive selection of shoes in so many shoe sizes. Staff were very helpful and quite knowledgeable about all the shoes. Seems like they actually try on the products themselves to make good recommendations. Staff helped my wife try on multiple pairs before settling on the perfect pair. They also helped me with a pair of zero drop shoes. Definitely recommend this store.

Went in today looking for some lightweight trainers for sprints, the team was extremely helpful and insightful.

Back in the late 80s and early 90s this is where GBN got their athletic shoes. I remember getting wrestling shoes there. Well 30+years and 5 pounds heavier (that's a lie, a lot of pounds heavier) I decided to get back into running after cycling for the past 15 years. Andrew is awesome. He put up with me graciously and got to geek out on shoe tech with me. I love the small mom and pop feel and just how friendly everyone is. Got vouchers to use by March so I'm gonna have to get another pair, or more right? Thanks Andrew, love the new kicks! They survived a 5 mille break in walk and jog across North Avenue home. Not sure if I survived though 🤣 Oh, and Smartwool socks are hands down my favorite. New Hoka's made my old broken in Keen's feel uncomfortable.

Great place to go for customer service, especially if you don't know what shoe you need. DICK Ponds found the correct shoe for my sons high arches and inserts. Sales person knows feet and shoes.

Awesome staff - super knowledgeable and great selection for running, cross country, track and wrestling. Our family gets all our running shoes here.

I ordered online for in store pick up. The order was ready in minutes and pick up was easy. Spoke with Billy and really appreciate the personal touches of a handwritten card in the mail to follow up.

Customer service is nothing but exceptional. I had trouble finding a running shoe for my feet, the staff worked with me and had ordered a couple of wide-sized shoes that I could try on. I purchased a shoe and after a run I realized it was too big, they helped me exchange it for a smaller size immediately. They are really knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you find a pair of running shoes that will serve all your needs. Special thank you to Jim and Gia! I highly recommend this place.

The first time I was here, they did a gait analysis and gave me lots of information to help me make an informed decision about the best shoe for me. Since then I've bought shoes from them even though they're more expensive than Amazon. Support small business!

Total novice runner but the employee didn't make me feel that way at all. He was professional and thorough and helpful and made me excited to buy shoes. Can't wait to send my husband back to spend more of our money at this great place!
