I’m not sure why this company has bad reviews. They are great! My packages came super quick. Arrived 1 day after they shipped out! They emailed me and notified me when my pool covers were being shipped and gave me tracking numbers and everything. My solar cover was on back order and they notified me right away to let me know that it might be a while until I get it, but in less than a week they emailed me the tracking info and it came the next day. Everything I received was packaged securely and all my products were up to standard and have worked great. I will be purchasing from this company again.

Ordered some chlorine tablets online for the first time because my local store was out. In The Swim had them in-stock so I ordered. They shipped out the next day and were at my door two days later. I received a confirmation email of the order and another when it shipped, with a FedEX tracking number. The 25 Lbs. bucket was nicely packed in a cardboard box and was in perfect condition. The product inside was exactly as I expected. No problems whatsoever.

Purchased a new solar cover in May this year; was a replacement for one purchased 7 yrs ago as the old one was breaking down. Three weeks after we started using it, the new solar cover came completely unglued. I contacted the warranty dept and though they were out of stock they stayed in constant communications with me and promptly shipped me a new cover free of charge. Excellent customer service - buy all of our pool supplies from them!

In the Swim has always had quick shipping and quality product. I have called them for customer support and also questions. I have always had an excellent experience. I have purchased 2 pumps, numerous chemicals and a pool heater. One of my pumps, a Hayward, failed exactly 3 days after the warranty expired. The rep I spoke to reduced the price of a replacement pump even though he did not have to. I thought this was excellent customer service, especially since they had no liability regarding the pump, I had only purchased from them. A+ business.

17 years ago I placed an order for a new custom liner from In the Swim Discount Pool Supplies. complete sand filter and pump and hayward heater. I have ordered many items since and always have been happy. I cannot believe how fast they can get merchandise to my home, it is amazing how fast packages arrive. Have no idea why they do not have five stars all the way. I had to replace the liner after 17 years, a custom made liner approx. 28 ft long 7 ft deep end, with a round end and a squared end with 2 ft diagonals. Believe me, it is not easy figuring the dimensions and is quite stressful doing so, but with Diane's help at custom liner sales at in the swim she was very patient with me and walked me though the whole process. It is kind of confusing with the instructions they send you to measure, but with Diane's help and direction you can get it done. One huge perk that helped me was to take pictures from up above the pool, I stood on my roof and Diane marked on the picture of my pool how and where the measurements need to be taken, Helped me tremendously. I did this all by myself but I really recommend that you have someone to help you measure. Another note, make sure you make it clear that you want an overlap liner or a beaded liner. In The swim rocks, and no I did not get paid or received any perks from in the swim to write this review. Note, people complained about customer service, however, they get swamped two months before winter and you have to wait quite awhile to get through to customer service. Maybe, In The Swim could hire more help during their peak season, just a thought. Custom sales for liners, you get right through however. Still overall In the Swim Discount Pool Supplies is still a 5 star to me.

We had an issue with our new Solar Pool Cover. I called and was given instructions on who to contact. I sent in the information, and had an answer the same day! Our cover is being replaced. We only have to pay the $15 shipping. This was a very fair and quick resolution to our problem. Thanks Warranty Dept. Intheswim!

Awesome service!! We ordered chlorine and shock on 6/4/20 received it on 6/6/20. We tried to open our pool on 6/7 and found out the pump wasn't working. We went to a pool store and they wanted $455.00 for the same exact pump we go from In The Swim for $239.00. We ordered the pump on 6/8/20 and received it on 6/9/20. We are soooo happy since today is supposed to be 92 degrees.

We ordered a custom inground liner and cover this year. The service and delivery were great. The pool cover is the best thing we've ever bought for our pool. It fit perfectly and looks great. Debris doesn't build up on it. I've peeked and the water is crystal clear. Love it! Couldn't ask for better service from In The Swim.

I had to order a new liner, for a 40’ X 33’ lagoon pool, after the best communication and a little time, it came in as expected and absolutely fit perfect! I was worried about it not fitting, but if you give them accurate measurements, do not worry. Just get the water out and get ready before it arrives. I will recommend this company to anyone! I don’t mind discussing if you want to.

We ordered a new liner from InTheSwim for our inground pool. The customer service was outstanding. They guided us through how to properly measure the pool, which can get pretty complicated. They confirmed the measurements would work to make a proper pool multiple times. They sent several diagrams of what the liner would be shaped like with detailed measurements. They answered all of my questions. The liner was made and shipped very quickly. The liner was easy to install with detailed instructions. We couldn’t be happier with our experience! I highly recommend this company!

My experience purchasing my liner was very simple through In The Swim. I was emailed a form which I gave to my pool professional. It took him less than 20 minutes to gather the measurements. I then selected a liner, a darker one. My pro told me that would hold the color better and heat better. I don’t know if that’s true, but we really liked the pattern. The liner arrived a few weeks later and fit like a glove. It looks beautiful, feels thicker than the one I had before, and more importantly, I saved over $1500 by going with In The Swim. I’ve enjoyed the liner for one season, and I feel good about the warranty that accompanied it. I’ll try to updat after a second season.

I usually don't write reviews but I felt compelled after reading all the bad reviews. We just had a really great experience with In The Swim. We ordered our in-ground pool liner from them and they did a great job. Denise was great to work with and extremely responsive. There were problems (on my end) with the measurements and the liner company they use caught the mistake and In The Swim worked with me to ensure that the liner was measured correctly. The liner arrived earlier than expected and it fit like a glove. Great Job!

Good store, friendly staff and decent prices. They advertise 50 lbs of chlorine tabs for $100 and it’s a phenomenal deal compared to 25 lbs for $69 at Leslie’s (also a great company). The thing with pool ownership it takes 1-2 years for people to go from being a pool-antelope to being a pool-lion so most of the one-star reviews posted here are from new pool owners aka pool-antelopes.

I just ordered and received quickly a 25 pound container of chlorine tablets. The price was fair under the circumstances surrounding the shortage occurring this year. I appreciate this considering the price scalping which is going on on EBAY, and other places. Thank you for being fair In The Swim.

I read all the bad reviews and still placed an order ...and my order went great. Placed my order on Friday and got my 1 inch tablets the following Thursday. ( with a holiday on Monday). So considering all the bad reviews - they're not all that bad.

I have been contacting In The Swim for a few months now to get my replacement solar cover. Yuanna is the only one that actually took the time and kept me informed by phone what was going on. She even called me to tell me it is being shipped. I wish you had more employees like her, everyone else just passed the buck.

I have an old Jacuzzi filtration system for my inground pool. The filter canister had begun to leak and the canister was weakened by constant sunlight over the years. I searched everywhere for a replacement and had one delivered from another company that had the wrong piping sizes. I ordered from IntheSwim and was told the product could take up to a month. Sure enough, they found the exact right one and my system is back up and running like new. Customer service was great in keeping me posted anytime I asked for an update. Thanks so much, this could have cost me a whole lot more to replace the system entirely!

In the swim has been nothing but amazing for me! I order at least once a year, either pool chemical test strips or furniture for the pool deck. Communication is exceptional, timing is perfect! The staff is very kind and easy to talk with! I very much recommend using In The Swim for any of your pool needs!

I don’t understand a lot of the bad reviews, people need to be more understanding of the global pandemic going on and that people make mistakes. I have worked with the crew at In the Swim for years and they have always been so helpful with my pool needs. I spoke with Valerie and she was super friendly and helpful with my order. Thank for all you do during these crazy times and having helpful staff unlike other places I’ve purchased from.

My new liner looks great! The group at In The Swim helped me with the measurement forms, challenged me on a few incorrect measurements, and delivered a liner that fit perfectly. I hope it’s many years, but I will purchase my next liner with them again.
