My car windshield wipers were stuck on beyond my ability to get them off. Angie came to my rescue and did so in the pouring rain with nothing but smiles. I really appreciate the help and how wonderful she made my experience at O’Reilys! Thank you!!!!

What can I said this staff goes above and beyond to take care of customers they have knowledge they have drive the store is one of the cleanest oreilly in the area tbh never seen a cleaner one always leave with what I need even crack a joke with the workers this is my to go for my parts needs

As long as I live in Carol Stream I will always go to this location… and here is why… Angie !! This lady is wonderful at what she does. Her customer service is amazing and unparalleled to any other auto part store. I first met her a few months back and she was so helpful… I told her I appreciated her customer service and would write her a review (she didn’t ask for one ). Yesterday I again found myself in need of some car parts… so I knew exactly where I was going. I was so glad to see her working. She makes you feel like part of a family. So now I’m loyal to this O’Riley’s . Well done!

Always great customer service at this store, way better than other O'Reilly's in this area. Shot out to llevon he was able to get me in and out of the store quickly. Due to being a professional mobile repair company I need to get to my customers quickly, so sense of urgency is very important, thank you llevon, keep up the great work.

This is my second review in about a year and have to say that this store is the best. I interact with Angie who spent almost an hour to make sure that I get the right part, she even went outside to my car to check and make sure I got the right part. She is outstanding !!!

Robert was AWESOME. After scanning my car, I needed to replace my throttle body. He was there to help during the entire replacement process. He also looked up & provided me with the relearn process. Amazing customer service from beginning to end.

Car battery died on a frigid winter day. Got a jump and drove to O'Reilly's. Bought a suggested reasonably priced battery. Employee removed dead battery and installed new one. Was so greatful for his help. Had to force him to take a twenty to show my gratitude. Great guys, great service, and knowledgeable. My new "Go To" auto parts store.
