I recently had a good experience working with this UPS store. I was hosting a baby shower and needed a number of items printed in a short time. The owner (Siddhi) was extremely responsive and made sure she understood exactly what I needed. The prints turned out beautifully and I would definitely use this store for future printing needs.

Service: Notary, copies and US Postal Service tracked mailing. We were first in line, waiting for the store to open. Siddhi (the owner) finally arrived and could not have been more sincere and sorry for opening late and quickly took care of our notary, copies and mailing. Siddhi took care of additional customers while completing our service, and processed all three customers in just a minute or two. In my experience, competitor stores would typically have taken 5 - 10 times longer than Saddhi did. She could not have been more knowledgable, focused or efficient! I will be confidently bringing all of my shipping (including Amazon returns) to the Bartlett USPS Store!

This is the BEST UPS store I have ever dealt with. The people are the most kind and patient to deal with. What a wonderful example of what a UPS store is supposed to be. I finished my first year with a mail box and would not ever think of moving. I moved my business home as many have after covid and they have turned out to be a great partner in that effort. Wonderful people.

The owner is exceptional! Siddhi, is not only personable but ultra professional. She stated policies is polite yet needed way. As a business woman myself I truly respect her.

I have been a Realtor for a long time. Just started using this UPS Store for my bi-monthly mailer. I was surprised to find they had competitive rates. I go in a couple times a month to make bulk
copies and they are even capable folding my letters. They offer a lot of professional printing options. The new owners have really turned the place around.

The owners always go out of their way to help their customers. They are always willing to help their customers bring in items inside the store and provide advice and support on any shipping related questions.

The owners care about their customers and are very hard working, at times working two registers to speed up the process and reduce wait time.

Best shipping place around. PERIOD! The lady is so nice and always goes out of her way to help in any way she can. I have gone to other UPS stores and I always end up with packing or shipping issues. Take my advice and make sure you come to this store. Don’t waste your time anywhere else!!

My name is Kim and this is my review on Nathanael's page. Some things have changed at this store and it is very, very good. Businesses learn all the time and it has shown here. Most friendly and helpful. The smiles are welcome, the willingness to help even when lots is going on at the same time is appreciated, the effort to acknowledge others when they are waiting patiently is welcome. Working with the public can be difficult, especially when they have so many choices, sometimes procedures are confusing and price is always a juggle. My shipping has gone well. This location... onward and upwards! Thanks.

Siddhi and staff are very friendly and welcoming when we walk in the store. We’ve had our PO Box here for many years and I appreciate when they call to let us know packages are awaiting pickup. The prior ownership never did that. Keep up the good work!

I am always welcomed with a warm smile and a hello! No matter what my shipping needs are - everyone at this location is happy to help me. They are quick and efficient! I discovered how helpful they really were when I had numerous large packages that I had to ship because of items I sold on the Market place. I underestimated the cost for shipping which had already been paid by the purchaser. They found the cheapest way to ship even if it meant going through the post office or Fed Ex.

This location has changed for the better recently. The new management is fantastic. Jon is a hoot and is very friendly and keep s everyone around smiling! Such a surprise coming from a UPS store. I ship multiple times per week for my e-commerce and thus far have not had any issues. Keep up the great work.

I think it's important to comment and acknowledge when you have a great experience and my visits to the UPS store in Bartlett have been very good! Siddhi, the owner and Jonathon do a fantastic job of being efficient, helpful and kind. I appreciate all the little things they do to make my experience there a very positive one.
