I love this place.. whatever look you are going for, they got it 👍 👌 💯

One of my forever favourite fast fashion shop. I recently did some online purchases and returned couple of them in store. It all went smooth and got my refund.

The presentation attendant and the person checking my Granddaughter and I out were professional, kind hearted, went out of their way to check availability ofcacdress, made each customer feel as if they are valued customers and as busy as they were smiled and greeted customers with a genuine manner.

forever 21 always has the clothes my daughter are looking for. we go to the mall about 1 every 2 weeks and have gotten close to some of the employees. they are super sweet and provide great service. exactly why we always shop there first before any other stores

The top floor was assaulted by a group of people who have apparently never been to a store before. I'm truly sorry for whoever had to clean up the mess those customers left.

Great prices, great service, store looks awesome. Found everything I wanted and I am happy with my experience there.
