The best deals were on babies and toddler clothes. Women clothes were in small sizes. Name brand purses were marked down but still pricey.

Love the variety and prices. Hate the long checkout line.

Not a great selection compared to other stores in surrounding area's. But I was able to find some things for my teenage son. The young man that was cleaning the floors was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank God he was there because i couldn't distinguish who was an employee and who wasn't. Besides him and the cashier, he Made my shopping so easy for my teenager. Please get some more hip clothes in the store. Matter of fact fire the buyer for this location.

The store is very disorganized, with hats, shirts, and other products on the floor and in the wrong places. A lot of items did not have a price tag. I went here to look for stocking stuffers, and I walked out empty-handed.

Bought some toddler and baby items. Half the items no tags including new inventory! Get to the register cashier is RUDE and mad because the greeting to tell you when to come up isn't working! Then her headset isn't working to inform another employee she needs prices for the tagless items. Now she's hollering across the store for someone's attention! Finally complete transaction no thank you! She walks off! I come back a couple days later to make exchanges for different sizes. It took 4 people to waste time trying to figure out how to even exchange! Then the manager im assuming gonna say next time we the tags left on. So hilarious I said next time have them on there and all 4 of you won't waste my valuable time with foolishness!! Here's the good part I had 2 new items to purchase after all of that nonsense. So why wasn't there tags on the items and she went to the baby section to find something like it to scan in the place of it!! I had Jordan she went and got off brand thanks! So make it make sense miss smart mouth! THE WORST EVER!!

What a very sad and disappointing experience. I took my 7 year old to pick out some clothes. We always went to the one in Birmingham growing up and never had a bad experience. First of all the alarm in the front kept going off. I thought at first maybe it was a glitch but then we walked through, it didn’t go off. I realized then that oh, literally every other person who walked through that door had stolen something 🙄 How sadly predictable. My son picked out a toy in the line going up to the front, and when we got to the register, I made a joke about the alarm going off. Of course no answer from the checkout girl. She didn’t even greet me. She proceeded to tell me that the barcode was too faded on this toy and could I go find another one. I then had to leave my son at the front and go back into the line to look for this thing. Of course there no more. The price was listed on the toy and I asked the cashier about 3 times if she could just put the price in. Nope, she needed the barcode. I even asked another cashier if they could just put the price in, and I was given a blank stare 😐 I also asked if a manager or anyone else could figure out how to put the price in. She said that they would still need the barcode. Suffice it to say we did not get the toy, still got the clothes, and I had to tear my own receipt because the cashier had walked away after I paid. On the way out, there was an altercation between two men, and one looked homeless. So that was awesome. I guess Tuscaloosa has gotten worse. Ugh.

Worst experience ever, 0 stars. Bought a coat with defective zipper. Will not refund my money because price tag had been removed. Who doesn't buy new item, hang in closet and wear when they get ready. Tried it on a week later, broken zipper, no refund. These people are highway robbers selling seconds, defective merchandise, refusing refunds when I still had receipt. Never set foot in this place again, thieves.
