Closest one to me. All the staff are cool and attentive even late at night. I have even paid in all change for cigarettes, dude didnt even bat an eye.

New owners , their nice and respectful and always up on the deals and want you to get your 711 rewards ,family operated , love it .... Keep up the good work.

Rude employees

The employees need better training. Their customer service skills are extremely poor, they never ring up items correctly so you end up overpaying, they all seem to hate their jobs and genuinely seem to hate the thought of having to serve anyone. They get angry when people go inside at night to patronize their business. Whoever runs these 7-11s should know, your staff are actively alienating your customers and hurting your business

why state 24 hours and it's closed when I pull up? complete waste of my time and gas

As I approach the counter not only did the cashier not greet me but my greeting went unreplied, then as I tried to cash my lottery tickets, the cashier said "no fold", referring to the way I folded my tickets, then said "machine broken". So I asked if the machine is broken or if it the machine won't scan my tickets due to them being folded. No response then he grabbed my tickets and ran them through the scanner... Low and behold, the machine was able to scan the tickets. Thinking to myself I've been playing the lottery for years and this was the first time I had ever heard anyone telling a customer not to fold your tickets even before checking to see if they'll scan! I totally get it, people are in very negative mind states these days, but negativity must START somewhere, but it definitely shouldn't be initiated by person in a customer service position there to help. I also understand this is just a 7-Eleven, but this is still a business nonetheless, with paying customers, step up your customer relations game 7-Eleven! Will not be returning to this location (bad juju = bad luck too lol)!
