CVS

I haven't gotten used to this location since it moved from Gravenstein Hwy 116 a few miles away to this downtown location. Many people don't like this new location, and many do. I preferred the layout and shopping experience in the old store - it was roomier and just had an overall nicer feel. The only reason I'm giving this place 5 stars is because of the wonderful customer service workers here. They are loyal, helpful and kind. Most of them have been working here for over a decade or more before it was CVS when it was Longs Drugs. The Pharmacy also has a nice staff and are more pleasant than many RX stores. I also like the CVS Bucks which are generously given out to members, and the store specials. At time I like to use the photo printing as well, but haven't found the quality to be great here or really any on-demand printing booths. Lastly, CVS has one of the best deals on vitamins - many times there are specials for Buy 1, Get 1 FREE.

They are like my family, tells me when my shots are due.text me when a med is ready for pickup.

This is place is amazing! Very clean and has a lot of products. When I left my wallet in the car I ask if the manger if she could watch my things and she did ! the people are friendly and we’re very nice to my 2 year old daughter

I took my girlfriend in today to get face masks, and she found everything she wanted, and then some. The staff were extremely helpful when we were trying to find things, and most places are not nearly as helpful as the employees at the CVS. We went in for a face mask and dental wax and ended up with oh so much more. The prices are a little more expensive than I'd like, but they literally have everything so it's worth it.

I want to thank all the pharmacy staff--assistants and pharmacists-- for their wonderful service and attention. I've spoken with assistants Carmen and Jason, both of whom are kind and competent, as well as pharmacist Ausi (I hope I'm spelling your name correctly--sorry) and another pharmacist who works on weekends. Both pharmacists are just lovely: unfailingly helpful and kind. We're very lucky to have such excellent people working at the CVS pharmacy in Sebastopol. Thank you, all!

Not sure why the bad rap because if the shelves really were in disarray it was probably because they just opened the business at this location. People will write anything to have their voice heard. This is a good store. Maybe one time doesn't mean all times. It's a good store because they are friendly. They smile, greet you, and ask if you need help with anything. They are accommodating. If you can't find something and you want to know where in the store to find it, they will help you. They have a good selection of various products. I can usually find what i need at CVS. It's convenient for me, less driving and time spent shopping. Also if you want to browse and not buy anything you can do that too without being bothered. They have a lot of of sales, and you just have to use your CVS card or phone number you signed up with. I enjoy CVS Sebastopol. It's a good location too. It's on the corner of Hwy 12 coming into town from Santa Rosa and coming from the 116 from RP and Cotati. It's near the Feed Store, Hopmonk, and Goodwill. They have free parking. There's an option for EV parking and handicap. Thanks.

I dont understand the poor reviews. I always enjoyed shopping there/picking up prescriptions. I loved the tree lined parking lot. Sad to learn they are moving to the corner Iif Bodega and Petaluma. What a congested corner that will be! I no longer live in the area, but never had a complaint when I did shop there. Good luck to all of you navigating in the new location.

I love this store and current location. I miss the old location near me in the lucky redwood market as I love this location.

Don’t take these uptight boomers seriously, great store, employees couldn’t be nicer. I laughed at all the 1-star reviews, which is worth 5-stars in my book.

Service phenomenal attitudes wonderful after the fires I lost medication and they had a physician's assistant on staff that was able to fill it for me immediately and they do it with the smile thank you keep up the good work very professional
