Jimmy, was a true blessing. He answered every question he was patient with me. He asked me if I needed anything. I was welcome to come back and ask him any questions anytime he was so professional yet kind he was perfect in his job. He even answered another question for me and he didn’t push me away. He didn’t hurry me he just I felt so comfortable I’m telling you you have to go to this place and meet Jimmy and the other people and they are kind to. I was watching them And, they were patient with all of their customers. It’s a wonderful place to visit. Even if you just wanna be treated kind or get a smile go in there for a smile it’s worth it anyway I’m just really appreciated of Jimmy and the other taking care of me I’m 74 years old or 75 And just had a birthday and I felt special again thank you

Walked in and immediately greeted by Felix who was exceedingly helpful. Actually counselled me to not change to a new plan as it would cost more. Looking at the LG Stylo 4+ and Felix asked another associate to allow me to investigate hers. No pressure, great service. Thank you AT&T and Felix!

Amazing service by Art. He was able to fix every issue I had. Also the manager Gil provided assistance and the best part is that he checked on me to make sure the issues I had were resolved.

I have gone to this location twice in the last 3 months and have gotten the best customer service I have ever received. Jimmy V help me on both occasions and absolutely blew me away both times! He was professional and kept it light at the same time. I never felt once as though i was in the midst of a transaction. Jimmy was super knowledgeable and was quick to fix any concerns with a fast right anwser and on some occasions visual evidence to back it up. I'm telling you there is no other customer service rep that does it better then Jimmy. I will continue to work with him for as long as i can!

The sales person who helped me upgrade my Wife’s and my IPhone 11 to the IPhone 14 was very helpful in making this decision to upgrade. I highly recommend Eric Gutierrez a go to guy when upgrading, buying or questions about AT&T products. He’s knowledgeable, friendly & professional. This friendly store with the help of Eric I’ve decided to upgrade all the rest of my kids phones. That’s 5 upgrades. Any questions I had after the purchase all I did was phoned him and he went out of his way to answer and fixed the problem I was having.
