I have been going to Fleet Feet for years for my shoe needs. I love the process. They scan my feet, talk to me about what they see, and bring out many options for what would in theory would work well for my feet. Then you try them all on, talk with them, and pick one (if you want) that feels the best. I’ve gotten 3 amazing pairs of shoes there. I feel so seen and cared for when I enter Fleet Feet.

From the moment I walked in I was cared for. The employees took the time to ask questions and evaluate my needs. They personally helped me size and try on each recommend pair. This type of service has long been forgotten in the retail world and it was refreshing and amazing. I will be recommending Fleet Feet to anyone I know looking for sneakers that fit perfectly.

I came in for a fitting and left with two pairs of awesome shoes that made me excited to start running again. Rhonda was so patient and kind while I explained the issues I’d had with previous shoes and what I was looking for in new ones. She took time to explain why she expected each shoe she picked for me to fit a certain way and what the benefits and drawbacks were of each one. I felt heard and supported throughout the process and I left feeling set up for a successful journey back into running. Thank you, Rhonda and team, for such a pleasant experience!

I haven’t been to Fleet Feet in a long time! I was still in their system, so I really appreciated that, because it made choosing a new pair of sheathed much easier! I’m very satisfied with their customer service! Eric the sales associate was very nice and very helpful!

I came here to get a pair of insole inserts for my new work shoes. The customer service here was the best customer service experience I've ever had. The store rep (Moriah) was kind, knowledgeable, and very understandable. I felt like I was truly getting advice from someone who knew the products well and wasn't trying to sell me on this most expensive option. Truly remarkable.

I’ve shopped here before when I was running pretty regularly. It turns out you don’t need to be a runner to need good shoes. Fleet Feet has shoes for running, walking, people with foot issues(like me) and after workout care. I knew what brand I wanted and just needed some options. Lucas was very helpful and I couldn’t be happier.

I was nervous going in because I am not a runner (yet), but when I did I was immediately greeted by friendly staff. Nick was extremely helpful. He had me do a foot scan and went over everything with good detail. Recommended some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever tried on based on my scan. Overall a very comfortable and great experience shopping!

Tired of the lack of knowledge and service I got from big department stores, I finally wised up and went to Fleet Feet. Who knew an actual running store with staff whose’ sole focus is pairing you with the perfect shoe would be a world of difference? The staff there not only took the time to measure my feet properly and grab the type of shoe I needed for my workout habits and the shape of my foot, they were knowledgeable about the brand, and professional without being pushy or high-pressured. I was out of there in under 15 minutes with a pair of shoes that felt amazing and I never would have known to try on had it not been for Eric to suggest it. Trust me, you will spend the same amount of money there and get what you actually need. Stop buying the wrong shoes and save yourself the injury!

It was a few days ago for some specific insoles because my doctor diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis. So I arrived and the young woman who was there welcomed me and told me how she could help me. Ami, I forgot the name the doctor told me and I just told her my foot hurts a lot, I use insoles and I asked myself a series of questions and I asked myself to walk and she recommended comfortable insoles but then I remembered the name and I told her and she said yes I thought That's why I brought you this one, it's specific for plantar fasciitis. I like how they take care of your need and very good customer service. Recomed 💯 ps my foot feels better.
