Willie Bird Turkeys

Finally stopped in and it was an amazing experience. I was curious about the deli options and got a turkey pastrami sandwich... that's right a Turkey pastrami sandwich and it was awesome. You can also but smoked turkey and turkey steaks and almost everything you wanted ever made of out turkey. You also can get duck meat (which I will be back to buy sooner than later. It's gets busy at times so plan to wait or call in your order. This place is in my top three deli locations now 🦃

Now that's a sandwich! Great sandwich made to order way under 10 bucks and I got extras. 1 buck for extra smoked turkey and it was so tasty and I couldn't eat it all had to save some for later cause it was a lot of food. Gonna come back for the bulk turkey sausage when I've got my cooler in the truck. Friendly and quick staff. I'll be back for sure.

The best sandwiches in Sonoma County are made here and I'm not even kidding. An old-school deli sandwich made the way it should be with lots of stuff in the middle, and everything spread out to the side of the crust of the bread like a sandwich should be made. Plenty of fixings, meat cheese ect... And all spread the to the edge of the bread evenly.. That way it should be... since I discovered this place, I don't even bother to have a sandwich made anywhere else. Try it, and you will understand why. No joke.

We decided to try a pre brined Willie bird this year. I must admit, it was one of the best turkeys we and our guests have tasted. Very juicy not dry at all. The herbs they used in the brine was perfection. Although the price is a little steep, it was well worth it. We will order again for the holidays

One of my go to spots in Sonoma County for turkey meats especially their turkey breasts. You can tell these turkeys have been well raised and cared for. Meat is scrumptious and very filling; family enjoyed it.

Hands down the best turkey I've ever had! So many great sausages and sandwich meats ... I recommend anybody come try and taste the difference

JUMBO SMOKED DRUMSTICK

Holy drumstick heaven. Tried a jumbo smoked drumstick at the Cajun Festival in Isleton ($10) and shared it with my husband. Our biggest regret was not buying one before we left, so that we could bring it home for dinner. It would have been even more enjoyable to get down with this bird away from the crowd.

I love turkeys. I do not love Thanksgiving. I think turkeys are really intelligent and I used to see a family of them crossing this major intersection in Dublin, CA. The big daddy bird would wait at the corner while the mom and babies waited in a bush. When the light changed, he'd call for them and they'd cross together. It was amazing. With that being said, I don't eat them often. I try to avoid eating all the fuzzies when I can. Thank goodness this BBQ place isn't any closer to where I live because I wouldn't be able to stop myself from going there all the time.

Crispy outside. Juicy inside. Every bite had flavor. I have seen these sold at other festivals. If i see Willies again (Alameda County Fair is coming up.... fingers crossed) I'm so down to gobble gobble.

great tasty turkey...just can't get enough of that meat. I wonder if we can get a side a vegan meat hmmm tasty!
