I recently had the pleasure of working with Sara at the Mercedes-Benz of Natick, and her professionalism and helpfulness truly stood out. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, there was absolutely no pressure. Sara took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and she guided me through the features of the Mercedes C 300. Her knowledge of the vehicle was impressive, and she patiently answered all of my questions. Although this was the start of my new car search, I felt comfortable discussing my options without any sense of obligation. Vito was awesome......I acknowledge that I am a perfectionist and not easy to please but Vito was understanding and bent over backwards to my requests.... Trade in value was very good and came to what I expected for my vehicle. I walked away feeling that I made an excellent purchase. The atmosphere is very professional and friendly. I will definitely come back to see Vito again on my next Mercedes Benz.

We were doing car hunting on Fri, and luckily we find the one with Steve’s help! He was very patient and considerately. We came without reservation! But Steve did took us seriously, and showed us the cars within our budget. He introduced the cars with many details, and helped us a lot to prepare the car in a right way🥰

I had a great experience here. Dakota is awesome! She's nice, friendly, easy to talk to and, at the same time, very professional. She tried to give me a better deal even though there was not much margin for price negotiation and was very helpful and very responsive not only through the buying process but also afterwards. She made sure I got my car in just a couple of days. Highly recommended

I hadn't purchased a new car for 17 years because the experience was never the most pleasant. Jay has changed all that. I'm so lucky I was matched with him when I went to look at Mercedes. I did a lot of research and was set on the E 350. Jay made the process so easy and was such a pleasure to work with, answered all my questions and always got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. He was very patient with me and did not put any pressure on me. He was very easy to talk to and to work with. Everyone on the team at Mercedes of Natick was wonderful. I have another dealership closer to me, but I think I will take the 30 minute drive, because the team in Natick is so nice and professional and they really want their customers to be happy. First impressions are everything. I walked into MB Natick and was greeted by Sharon Tyler. Not only was Sharon friendly, but she was especially down to earth and continued to help me through the process of buying a vehicle.

The time he spent with us, and his patience was exceptional. The inventory was always changing and new vehicles coming onto the lot daily. We had many questions and concerns and Howard dealt with them all with professionalism and compassion. The buying process was extremely easy, and they delivered the car to us as we were over 2 hours away and no way to get it. They offered to delivery for free with a smile. The car was used but looked as good as new when delivered. Howard continues to help with questions we have as does the entire team there. This is our 2nd used car from a Herb-Chambers dealer, and we were blessed with a great experience both times. The cars were as described online and for a better price than anywhere else. When buying a luxury vehicle, there’s an expectation of great customer service. I have to say that Charles Scrymgeour and Jonny T Pham seriously went above and beyond at making my experience perfect. I am a returning customer, having driven a leased vehicle for the last year a half, and loving so much of what Mercedes has to offer, Charles was an amazing asset in making sure that upgrading to a larger vehicle was going to fit all my needs for both my personal and business use. Charles was so Personable, available and willing to listen to all my plans and needs to make sure I ended up with the correct car, and best price. We really appreciated being able to bond with Charles over the mutual love for pets, and I felt like he truly had our dogs in mind with us as we thought about the amount of space needed for them in a new vehicle.
When it came time to pick up the vehicle, Jonny and Charles make a perfect team for giving a crash course in everything there is to know about a car with so much technology. This much new information, not only for myself but for my parent who were present, can be so so daunting and overstimulating. But not when Jonny is the instructor. He makes everything so simple, and is incredibly patient for those of us who are little technologically inept. I remembered working with Jonny with my last vehicle, and again, he WOWS at everything he does. He paid attention to so many details of the buying/pick up experience. He noticed my purple accessories I was wearing, and set the color of the interior LEDS to purple for me. He took the time to take amazing photos of myself and my family with the new car, including a great video. And, with my fear of damaging screens, he took the time to precisely, perfectly install a screen protector on the huge dash screen that extends from driver to passenger side of my GLE 350.
I do live about 2 hours away from this location, and while there are a couple closer locations, I need to say that Jonny and Charles are worth making the trip to be greeted with familiar smiles, and people who care.

We just purchased a GLE450 from Howard at Mercedes-Benz Natick. It was the best purchase experience we have ever had. Howard was very patient with all the questions my wife and I had. He is very knowledgable and was excellent to deal with. Danny the manager was great also. Highly recommend.
