We had the best buying experience for our 2023 BMW X5 with the impressively knowledgeable sales team! It was definitely worth traveling from Rhode Island to Massachusetts/Sudbury for highest quality sales experience and large variety of inventory. Each member were very helpful and they go extra mile to answer all your questions and solve any uprising issues. The finance team provided us with excellent support even after the purchase was over. We can't thank enough to Mr. William Granata (Financial Services Manager) and Mr. Michael Walsh (General Sales Manager) who just gracefully made our day! Very positive experience all the way through. From contacting them about a car I saw on line to coming in and taking a text drive with Frank. Frank was extremely kind and made sure to really focus on me and the purchase. Joe was phenomenal with helping on the financing. A great team who made me feel that no sale is too small for them.

This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I had my customized i4 ready to drive in less than two months which was amazing! Jack O’Donovan was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price! I highly recommended anyone to go see Jack! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. I brought my dads BMW in for service on 9/19/23 and 9/22/23. It was my first time at Herb Chambers in Sudbury, let alone at any BMW location. I was blown away by the exceptional customer service by all the employees that I interacted with from start to finish. I was helped by Melissa, Sara, Alicia, and Travis. Everyone was professional, courteous, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I didn’t have time to wait for the car to be finished, so they offered me a free Lyft ride to and from work from the dealership. They also provided a complimentary car wash. Impressed is an understatement. It’s also extremely clean inside. Keep up the great work and thank you so much!

I just recently bought my truck from this location and this has to be THE best experience i have ever had with dealerships. Wilson Dowridge was the salesman and he was exceptional. If you ever come to this location ask for him. He is down to earth, does not pressure you. I live all the way in northern Main he took time on his day off to deliver my truck and register it for me. Dealerships stress me out and i hate visiting them but that changed after i met Wilson. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend This place to anyone buying new or used car. Very happy with my new purchase!

Just picked up our 2024 330xi new car. This is our 5th 3 year lease at Sudbury BMW. Mr. Henry Ding is a great sales associate. Through the years he has helped us on many issues and questions. He’s always available, honest and helpful.

Cassie Bell was a brilliant sales person on our recent lease of the 2024 iX50. She was very informed about the product. She was transparent about the lease/buy options. She did not play games with the negotiation. She listened to what our family needed and solved for those objectives - not hers or the dealers. And she was very proactive with communication. Additionally, the finance team closed our deal fast and was transparent and efficient. Overall, five star experience with Cassie and BMW Sudbury - we will be going back to her for our next BMW purchase/lease.

Very good experience with Wilson who was a gem to work with. It took a while for my purchase to be delivered since it was en route from the factory overseas but all my questions were answered and overall a smooth process. Happy to recommend them to anyone.
