We are thrilled with the work from Jeremy and Noah. They worked neatly, efficiently and professionally. Each day, they greeted me in the morning and explained what they would do. Throughout the day, they kept me informed of their progress. At the end of the day, they showed me their work and carefully answered questions. These two are a fabulous team who take great care in delivering high quality work as well as showing courtesy through their friendly personalities. The plumber James Harvey who visited me was very skilled and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of all the plumbing and pointed out potential issues he found in the checklist. He also did a water tank flushishng operation. He has good communication skills and was courteous in his conversation. Overall his visit was a very good value for me.

Excellent installation team. From the initial needs assessment to the finished product everything was completed as agreed and in a timely manner. The construction site was left clean and units are running as anticipated.

Steve was knowlegable, experienced, honest, straightforward, conscientious, a practical problem solver, and an incredible heating technician. The friendly & helpful office staff followed up numerous times to fit my emergency service in their busy schedule. Very grateful and happy that they expertly brought my heater back from the dead! It is running beautifully and I am very happy with their service. Five stars for the exceptional service all around from this company. Definitely 100% highly recommend them!

My hot water heater needed to be replaced. Lisa in the office was amazing. She scheduled my appointment quickly and was a pleasure to work with. Jeremy and Kenny showed up at the time they were scheduled. They were both friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and the price was reasonable. My heat stop working very late last night in this freezing weather. I left them a message through the answering service and this morning I got a call from them 2min after they opened to schedule a appointment for the same day! Very professional company who taking care of their customers!!!

Fagundes plumbing and heating is an excellent company to do business with. I just had them repair a mini split AC unit and they did an excellent job. I also run a small construction business and I have had them do many jobs for my customers. I would highly recommend them and use them on my own personal work. Thanks.

In a few words, quick, efficient, and friendly. We didn't end up going for a heat pump water heater due to our budget but from their service replacing our current electric one, I would trust them if you're looking to upgrade.

Jeremy at A Fagundes just left my house. I have been putting this job off long enough and he didn’t make it seem so bad. He called to confirm what time he would be here which was helpful because we had some lawn services today and it was a madhouse. He was friendly, polite, informative, and did I say polite?!? All in all it was a pleasure. We have more to do and will be calling again for sure.

We had a surprise gas leak and our dispatch service provider SHY was so helpful, attentive to details, and kept us in the loop as help was on the way. It was a very stressful Friday afternoon but Shy made all the difference! We've been AFH&P customers for 10 years and we're thrilled that Shy has joined the team 😄

Jeremy just came out to fix one thing (a clogged drain) and ended up fixing all three of the plumbing issues I'd been having in the same appointment! He was great and explained everything very clearly. There was a bit of a snafu with the scheduling, but their team fixed it quickly. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic and I'm SO glad I now I have a go-to plumbing company! I'll *definitely* be recommending them to friends in the area.

I had heat pumps installed and it was nothing but professional, on time and job well done. Everything was kept clean and everyone was courteous. They called to remind me about my first preventive maintenance and came out and did a great job. I would highly recommend using them.

A. Fagundes has been taking care of our home’s plumbing, heating and A/C for the past 7 years. Always great quality service, easy scheduling, technicians are respectful and leave everything clean. They take the time to teach me and my husband with the newer technologies that make our home more efficient. Al, the owner is very generous as he gives a lot to the community via the help a neighbor program and by donations to church and cultural groups in Lowell.

Steve did a really nice job. Arrived early. Explained the issue clearly and completed the replacement before I had to jump on my first work call of the day. :) Very good, professional experience.

The guys that came today did a great job. They came to clean the boiler. They were professional and quick and even let me know about a program to help save some money on the next boiler call. No complaints, and great customer service. Was very happy with the service call today. Highly recommend Al Fagundes for any future heating and cooling needs.
