My UPS store is always willing to help, they’re friendly and professional.

I'm having so much trouble tracking my package, completely my fault for not double checking my address. Unfortunately the website is not always correct.. Maria at the UPS store went above and beyond trying to help me today. Even though we could not find it she did everything she could to help... Customer service is huge! Thanks girl

Super friendly staff every time I come in! I shipped multiple items to different locations and was out in less than 10 min. They asked if I was affiliated with any memberships so I could receive a discount. I happen to be with AAA and got the discount that I never knew about before, So I really appreciated that they even cared to ask. It's really nice to have a local place that you know you can count on and this UPS store is definitely that for me and my family. I actually enjoy coming here and who else can say that about a shipping store lol.

I went inside of this store in a complete hurry, needing a lot of various things and I wasn’t really sure how to get it done or if it could even be done. When it comes to electronics, I’m completely out of my league. While inside I received assistance by a gentleman named Sammy.

What an absolute pleasure it was to come across someone so knowledgeable and friendly. He bent over backwards to assist me and also found ways to get everything I needed complete when I didn’t think it was possible. I needed several things and he saw to it that everything was complete when I left.

This young man actually turned my bad mood into a good one and had such a positive impact on my day, not to mention he assisted me and completed every single thing I went in to do, including items I didn’t think could be done.

Sammy is a fantastic asset to UPS and I’m hoping that the right person reads this review and realizes what a dedicated and loyal employee they have working for them. As a business owner myself, I would want someone to take the time to let me know what went on when I wasn’t around, therefore I am writing this review. This is something that I don’t believe I’ve ever done but this employee is definitely worth investing in. He is someone that truly takes pride in the company and I’m sure will go far if given the opportunity.

I’m from a different state and here on business. This was my first time at this UPS and I will be going back for all of my business needs while I’m here.

Great service and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I've used their mail box service for my business and I love having a physical street address and being able to receive texts when I get mail delivered there. Their passport photo service is also super quick and affordable. I had an issue where I forgot to take my glasses off for my photo and they did a reshoot for me at no charge. Definitely recommend them for any shipping or printing needs you have.

The store is always clean and the staff is professional, always greeting you no matter how busy they are. In addition, they've gone above and beyond to help me whenever needed and promptly too!

The people at this store have been knowledgeable, experienced and very helpful. I've done printing, faxing, and shipping here so far and everything has turned out extremely well. One employee spent awhile on a print job so 4 by 6 cards I needed turned out correctly. I will definitely be recommending these store to everyone in the area.

Walked in 4 minutes before closing with a two arms full of boxes to ship every which way expecting to be greeted unenthusiastically, but I had great customer service. The staff was welcoming, very helpful and professional. I will definitely be using this store for all my shipping needs in the future!

I love THIS UPS store on Goshen because the staff is always so cheerful, courteous and helpful! They offer a dolly cart, grab the door for me, or have even come all the way out to my car when they see me carrying a big 📦 box. Consistently, a positive experience at this location!

I ordered my business cards through this store. The quality of the cards was amazing and the promptness of delivery was wonderful being that I live out of state. I had to update some information on the cards and it was no problem. Wonderful customer service and a great staff.
