I am completely new to places like this. I just happen to be at the liquor store in the same strip a while back and decided to stop by and check it out. I am so glad I did. It was so nice and clean in there and their selection looked pretty huge. The worker there was really nice too and helped me with all my questions and was really patient with me. At first I didn’t think I was going to buy something but I was so happy and well informed that I bought one of those two in one toys. She said it is a good toy for those who don’t know what they want and it’s easier to buy it than buying a bullet and coming back to buy a rabbit or the internal toys. She even told me the different lubes they had and which ones that would work with the toy I had. I’m so happy she told me or I would have probably used the wrong one.
She was very efficient when she had another person come in and gave plenty of space between everyone in the store. She was so nice and energetic and was so happy to help. I told her how nice she was and she just smiled saying that she just wants to make sure people get good products and have a good time. She even told me about the loyalty points and I had to sign up. It’s like Kohl’s with the points which is what sold me. Being able to go to multiple stores is a bonus with points. I am definitely coming back and telling my friends about this. Very nice place for only being open a few months.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Clean and well laid out store and excellent loyalty program. We've been several times and it's always been really great! I know they're looking for more help... Maybe some of the bad reviewers should apply since they think they know so much 😜

the two different ladies i encountered were very helpful...answered questions....ive been around the block...but somethings were new to me and they explained things....one of my go to stores for sure

Will for sure be going back! I wound up not getting anything this time around but Sage was SUPER helpful and helped me figure out what I'm getting later this week! :)

Bought a toy from here and it broke before we even got to use it as we were testing it after opening it. Went to return it and the cashier called the manager to decide on wether or not to refund and of course they decided not to lol so I won’t be coming back. This place sucks!

Not engaging, not helpful, not observant to curtains falling apart or me trying to fix them... I was completely on my own.
Manager obviously needs to find another job. Her employees will only be as good as her example.
So sad.

I usually go to the store on beach and western center and I alway have great service. But about a week ago I was near the store on basswood so decided to check it out. I wish I hadn’t gone in. When I asked for help I felt like I was bothering them. At one point I felt like they even wanted me to leave. After about 15 minutes I left and I never want to go back. Maybe the store on beach st. can teach these employees AND manager about Customer service.

The lady working there when I went in was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Boyfriend and I were only customer and didn’t even say hello, bye, or ask to help find anything.

Horrible customer service I asked for a spinning pole and was sold a stationary one and they won’t even let me exchange it

If I could leave zero stars I would. Very unprofessional and immature
